FUT fought hard, but it was too cornered. Losing a lot of bonuses and ecos ruined their momentum. But EG has insane utility and teamwork, Jawgemo has been an absolute stalwart throughout this event and his frenzy is a lot of fun to watch. *The vipers pit capture method in the final round of BIND made me feel the new era of BIND. That said, EG's Pearl attacking side was poorer than before. I hope they fix this before the playoff match.
Ah, with EG's win this time, it looks like there will be more anti-boostio and Demon1 dissatisfaction on Twitter. 💀💀

There were a few good chunks where it felt like EG wasn’t taking the game too seriously and starting losing a string of rounds. Hope the win doesn’t boost their egos too much and end getting knocked out at playoffs

Something I noticed was that even if Demon1 has an underperformance/average game (not that he has a lot of them), but you can see how much him being there has allowed the rest of the EG members to step up. Honestly, if they still had Bcj (not saying he’s a bad player in the slightest and wasn’t even playing his main role), but I have no idea where this team would be with him on the roster. I hope this years champions we see an even better version of Demon1, because he’ll be a major factor for EG’s run in the tournament. Since Fnatic are a legitimate super team, and EG are one of there only rivals being the only team to take a map off them at Tokyo, I hope the other members of EG can build off of Demon1’s momentum unlike they did in the GF at Master’s. You can admit that a few of the EG member’s had an underperformance in the finals, but this time it could be different you never really know🤷♂️.
