I still wonder if they have any guilt/regrets about pushing Mike into touring this album because he really didn't want to do it. The pressures of it and the press coverage of his personal life got too heavy. Maybe if they'd not forced him onto the road, he coulda coped.
@@ROOKTABULA Michael was a proud man. He would've never wanted special treatment. At some point, every member of the band had personally sacrificed for the band. I doubt any of them really wanted to tour at that stage in their lives, but you do what you must to stay relevant in the music industry. Michael started on responsibility outside the band much later than the others. But I still don't see him wanting special treatment.
@@chrisc1393 Not to mention he might have enjoyed the respite from his turbulent personal life by focusing on what he loved the most and was proudest of, surrounded by his mates.
@@ThePolypam the time away, possibly. But there was turmoil from within the band itself. If you watch the last two rehearsals of the band the day before Michael took his own life, it's very apparent there was friction there. I loved Michael & Tim together. Sadly, it was lacking not only in those two videos, but in a session video shot in April of 97 also. The comraderie of the "Band of Brothers" just wasn't there anymore. I believe Michael was weery of everything in the last two years of his life. His only bright spot was Tiger. I firmly believe that fateful morning, Michael came to the realization that he could no longer live with Paula, or live without Tiger. And I believe whatever Bob Geldolf told him that morning, was what finally made him see he could never be free of Paula, without giving up Tiger too. She was never going to live in Australia without her three girls. He couldn't live with that reality. But that is only what I believe happened.
Да, я тоже чувствую, что внутри группы были проблемы, уже давно. Зависть. И обесценивание. Чистой душе очень трудно с этим справляться. У него не было шансов😢
I was lucky enough to see him at the Durban concert where I was living at the time. What I remember most is his amazing presence and one to one connection with every one of those thousands of fans in the audience myself included.
Michael, when you left us you left a BIG hole. You are so missed. I will never forget you and your cool dance moves! R.I.P. dear man. So sorry you were depressed. We had no clue? Bless you mate.
THIS INXS BAND WERE SHARP AND SLICK.I LOVE AND HAVE ALL THEIR REMASTERED ALBUMS ON CD.THEY WERE GREAT IN THE STUDIO AND LIVE .I WAS FORTUNATE TO SEE THEM LIVE IN CONCERT ON THE X TOUR EARLY 1991 HUTCHENCE WAS AMONG THE GREATEST ROCK LEAD SINGERS IN BETWEEN A MICK JAGGER AND JIM MORRISON.
Wish we knew what REALLY happened that night of 22/11/97 and why Michael had a broken hand, cuts grazes to it and bruising , and a fat split lip ......... Suicide???????..... Accidental death????......... Ive never been convinced RIP Michael x
MH.....possibly the best frontman ever.

Fantasticos como siempre, Michael Hutchence, genial, brillante, sexy

When Michael had his red curls, he was fine.
@@LuannOsbourne Yes, it’s almost as though those lanky, greasy black strands were an outward manifestation of his depression.
@@cosimavonliebenau8317 hard to know he died 2 weeks after my 3rd birthday

Amazing Michael was giving it all there. Jumping around twisting arms in the air...
So enjoy watching the making of music videos....gives more meaning to the songs...miss INXS....
This album would have been huge if Michael wouldn’t have died. I’m so sad 22 years later
It's such a great album too, one of their best. So soulful and personal.
