Fabert Sosthène Sow I know it’s late since you commented about a year ago so EI is just a constante its value is irrelevant and depends on the type of the beam
hmmm!!! i watch your video and theirs one question i want to ask??? about the final equation y=WLX^3/12 - Wx^4/24 - WL^3x/24 ... i found formula from a book and your answer is differ in SIGNS ... BOOK (y= (- WLX^3/12) + Wx^4/24 + WL^3x/24 ) ...
+eliazar malalis there is no problem with that it just indicates that y that is the deflection was in opposite direction what was considered here. different book follow different sign conventions for the moment both are correct.
You are really a great tutor, my problem is solved ❤❤
Thank you!
Super helpful
Thank you good sir!
Thanks for the details!!!!!
Good work man, I've been struggling to read this and getting nothing 😂😂👍
thank you!
Very informative video.
Nice video, thanks!
How did you get the 384?
do these equations only work if there is a UDL or do they work for a point load anywhere along the beam?
anywhere JUST before the point load. To the right of the point load would require singularity functions to evaluate. if the axis point is on left side
Best lecture
Good work done ✅✅
Thank you, this really helped :)
Thanks so much
Thnxx
TY!!
thank you!!!!!
Thank you for this video even though its 9 yr old
Nice explaination 😊
Keep it up
Thanks,
Good presentation. please organize your cals in a good order as well as neat to be followed easily. Thank you!
great explanation try to be neat and please write down the boundaries conditions as they are the hardest part to figure out
Whats the value of EI ?

@@fee68 after 5 yrs i found this comment relevant😁
