What's great too is that the choreography for this song was done by two choreographers under JYPE (who were also responsible for a lot of Miss A's choreos, including Kim Hwayoung who some might know from Sister Slam Dunk and is right now on The Unit). A lot can be said about the company and how overly crowded it is that they end up neglecting a lot of their acts, but that doesn't mean that they don't care about their artists, they're just bad at managing them equally. Whoever ends up leaving still, to a certain extent, carries the JYPE name, and I feel like as long as the agency and JYP himself can let them go with pride, that's all that really matters. Rain, G. Soul, San E, former WG members, 2AM, etc. JYP gets on my nerves sometimes, but I can tell he really cherishes his artists, former and current.

I know this comes late, but SM also has not hard feelings when you leave normally lol. Jia waited for the contract to expire and chose to not renew. SM artists who do the same, also get no hard feelings (e.g. Tiffany). If you leave while the contract is still intact, they will take the legal route and in TVXQs case be very petty. Of course I don't support that way but if an artist leaves the "proper" way, there won't be hard feelings at SM as well.

I definitely prefer this Jia over Miss A's Jia. As much I like Miss A, I feel like this new, free style matches her better than Miss A's concepts did. I'm glad she chose this decision, because I like to see her creative side, and it gives her more freedom as an artist. I hope she's happy!

Yes. As a solo, but if she was in a group that would depend on wether she stood out of not :) Minzy was neglected because there was not as much demand for her as the other members👆 but now she's got a company that'll focus on all her talent and I believe she will stand out in the industry :)

I speak Mandarin Chinese and this is definitely Chinese lol. Meng Jia is Chinese and according to what I searched up (I'm not a fan, just passing by to check out some Asian artists lol), she's solo debuting in China from a K-Pop group called Miss A. So debuting in China obviously requires music in Chinese.
It didn't really surprise me when she didn't renew her contract with JYP honestly. It's always been 'Suzy and the girls' so I'm glad Jia left to do bigger and better things

Either underpromoted (Jia), poor treatment (Han Geng, Kris and Luhan) or out of filial piety from parents back home (Tao) - just three reasons. Lay (EXO/SMEnt), Jun (Seventeen), Takuya and Casper (Cross Gene), Amber and Victoria (fx), Jackson, Bambam and Mark (GOT7), Fei (miss A), Lisa (Blackpink), Tzuyu, Sana, Mina and Momo (TWICE) and Nickhun (2PM) are doing just fine in the Korean entertainment business despite they are not Koreans.
Some might not be impressed by the 950k views; but in my view; the fact that this many kpop fans came to support her, even though many don't listen to mandopop/cpop, shows how loved she is. I wish her success and hope more people give this genre a chance! :)
