In a 9x13,
Add some egg noodles
In a bowl,
Add 8 eggs
Salt
Pepper
3/4 cup milk
Mix
Add extra sharp cheddar cheese
Green onions
Pour mixture onto noodles
Add meat lovers sausage package
Add handful of spinach
Put some squares of cream cheese
Layer of Swiss cheese on top
375 for 25-30 minutes
I would never have thought of egg noodles for breakfast but it does look yummy!! 😋

Yum! It’s different with the eggs and noodles but I’d definitely try it! Spinach is a vegetable my husband doesn’t like raw but it’s great for hiding in casseroles and such. Just absorbs the flavors around it! I save every breakfast casserole or idea so thank you my friend! Happy Tuesday! 🐾🌞🌷🥰🇺🇸

The only thing I would add is onion cause I put onion in all sa ory dishes and more cream cheese and cheddar cheese only cause I'm a mouse!!! Please give your fur babies and chickens kisses for me! Looks DELICIOUS! I'm definitely going to make this recipe! I love all of the ingredients that you put in that dish! The only thing that I will probably change is the cream cheese. I want my cream cheese distributed all throughout the whole dish instead of in chunks.

Have you ever used tofu? I get the extra firm. Drain it and mash until smooth then add it to your eggs. Season and cook as usual. You can't taste the tofu and it makes more with less eggs. ☺
It looks great! It’s like the egg casserole with bread cubes instead you used noodles. It makes sense to me. I’ve also seen people make it with rice or cubed potatoes. Unfortunately most of my family has gone keto or carnivore. And I can’t eat that whole thing by myself.
