Hi! I think the train is the best way to go. There is the train called Musashino line or Keiyo line from Tokyo station to Maihama station which is close to Disney.

I think you can buy park tickets at the Hotel Miracosta. However, it's good to buy it before coming on official website or klook.

You need either standby pass or Disney Premier Access to enter fantasy springs.
