You could use the turret instead of the pivot for the front wheel as it will be more stable, but you will need a turret controller as they are harder to use.

You could use the fake passenger cargo things as storage for your rescue equipment

I see the large amount of seats as a problem. Maybe a maximum of 10 seats wouldbe good and you could use the rest of the space for equipment

Are you planning on using it on rescuing dumb NPC "missions"
Or are you building it to go across to base?
Whatever it is i know it'll be good at it
All of this "AFTER" done with the whole build
And i know you said your using it to gk to base but after it you planning other stuff or your just gonna keep it in the work bench
