Nice surprise that this popped up on my You Tube recommendations. First saw them in1984 and again in 2017. Steve Wynn hadn't aged a bit. Both great shows. Thanks for this video.
Gidday stee vee . Loving all the recent posts . Nothing like this out there. You seem the kinda person who'd care, New Zealands Barry Jenkin has passed away. A true champion of good music as a radio dj , cost him his job more than once . R.I.P Dr Rock.
I am so sorry to read of Barry's passing, I remember him from Radio With Pictures. I'm sure I have some video of him being interviewed on RWP about 1984, he had a good voice.
Top marks. From time to time I will do something on a video to see if people notice, usually it's a clip at the very end of a video, but this time for the first time I used a fake icon image and you were the first to notice and as you said it is Steve Albini. Well done Paul 🏆🍻
I was initially hoping this would have been from the Kendra Smith era, then I saw that this was from after she left. BTW, you wouldn't happen to have anything with Opal, would you?
I really was not sure how much interest there would be, but the main reason I did not make the full video public is that the tape has many faults, tracking errors, general tape rot, audio drops etc, you can see a bit of it in this song, so I decided just to upload this one track.

Thanks STV. Bought this album when it came out. It will remain a classic. I tried the second album, but it didn't capture what Days had.
The thumbnail is of Steve Albini circa Big Black for some reason. Guess that's coming up soon.

Not much interest? You do yourself a disservice there, Stevee! This is my fave track from their 1st LP, and their next two were ace!

Which iteration of the band is this? As I recall they had a female bass player. Great post thanks!
Psychy
They have an Aussie flavour
