Thank God for this. I have Stage IV Breast Cancer, Metastatic, and I get horrible Sinus Infections. My nose can't handle dust anymore, it is sensitive to everything. This solution will help me. I just mixed it, and I also boiled the water like I read here, from people saying to boil it first. I rather do this, and be it uncomfortable. Than waking up every morning with my nasal cavities shut down, tender, and swollen. Again, thank you,

I did this by using a single 200 mg ibuprofen tablet using a pill crusher to mash it and then mixed as the liquid solution. That was it, filtered warm water and ibuprofen. The result was great. Only I can't make claims that this will work for you or that this will be a safe method, in the legal sense.

here's a few tips worth trying
buy a saline rinse - this is a great way to keep your nose clear
cook with chili peppers - chilis contain capsaicin which helps reduce nose polyps naturally.
Use Tea Tree Oil - dilute it and swab the polyps with it - this can shrink polpys and reduce symptoms.
Eat foods high in anioxidants - broccoli, citrus fruits etc - these help shrink nose polyps naturally.
(I discovered these and why they work on jits polyp plan website )

The video tells me essential information like: the nose is for breathing. You have two nostrils. I don't know how I would have gotten through without that. It stops right before telling me how to actually do the nasal rinse. It tells me how to mix salt and water, but actually sending water through my nose seems so obvious, it doesn't need covering.

I used too much salt when I did irrigation and choked giving me the scare of my life. So if you are going to do nasal irrigation please make sure you don't put too much salt in. Unfortunately that put me off so I got a nasal spray sinusoothe and that keeps my sinuses clear. I used to have terrible congestion due to allergies that also caused sinus infections but this not only keeps my passages clear but also has cured my infection and my allergies don't seem to be as bad. I also haven't caught a cold, flu or even COVID since I started using this over two years ago. But I still take COVID precautions. maybe I've just been lucky.

Never use table salt & never use tap water. Table salt has an anticaking material in it. This anticaking compound will cause a burning sensation. Tap water is also questionable. Use distilled water to be safe. I've seen people use pickling salt as it just has salt with no additives. Tap water has chlorine in it & this also is not good for your sinuses imo.

Is it really ok to use TAP water? when doing this. When you shake this sinus rinse bottle, keep your finger over the the top opening so the liquid mixture does not come flying out. There are times I have done a sinus irrigation rinse and sinus symptoms have appeared to have gotten much worse with constant sneezing all day accompanied by weakness and fever much like the flu. Perhaps this is because the liquid mixture has gotten into my head and ears when performing this procedure...?
