INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Chicken feet adobo with sprite)
1.6 lbs chicken feet (you can add more)
4 cloves garlic + another 4 cloves (chopped)
1 tsp whole peppercorns
3 bay leaves
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp vinegar
Hot water
Half of chicken cube seasoning
2 tsp of brown sugar
Thai chili (adjust to taste)
3 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.2 (Chicken adobong tuyo with egg)
1 whole chicken (cut in half)
1 tbsp fish sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp whole peppercorns
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
A little bit of black pepper + 1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
Hard boiled eggs
5-6 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
