Its sad but he has a bunch of calf's...hopefully they'll get big just like their dad😀also there's a bunch of super tuskers remaining like craig and many more..
this video is making my sad heart a little lighter. RIP Tim. thank you for posting this video. Tsavo is on my list. Went to Tha Mara in June but it only wet my appetite
If Tsavo is still on your list, I recommend visiting Ithumba. Ithumba is Sheldrick Wildlife Trust's rescue and rehabilitation station for that part of Kenya. The men who run it are incredible, and they care for dozens of eles that have been orphaned in various ways. What they do gives me hope.
Not so far from the truth . It's been proven before that the big tusker's know to hide their tusks to avoid poachers ,having seen their relatives killed and tusks removed !
Wow, what a big guy Tim was. It is sad 😞 there are so few big tuskers around. Fifty years is a pretty good life span a though I wish he could have lived longer.
They truly are majestic large Kings. It would be unreal to see these guys live in there natural habitat & pray no damn poachers try to get a bead on them! 😃🤗😃😃👍🏻🇦🇺🇦🇺
@@priyeshsd he already did, in 2010 he courted a female also with decently long short tusk and mate with the female, so yeah, his gene has been passed on
Those teenager bugs have really noisy mufflers. Hahaha. And loving the Zebra calls in the background. These two elephants are gorgeous. If I get to South Africa a 3rd time, I definitely have to do one of these big parks.

Dachdog. Well, good for you! Hopefully you keep doing well living in a third world country. You are right of course, you may be unlucky with the company when travelling with unknown people. This will always be a risk to be sure, however usually there is at least one or two persons that are nice, decent, and fun, and sometimes those even become friends, at least in my experience. Anyway, I hope you find a way to visit Kenya🤞🏼😃
Why not? Every living thing will die eventually. We all should be happy that Tim died naturally, not poached by humans. Hopefully Craig will follow his brother's foot step. A happy ending.
There is a video from 15 years ago showing a huge bull Elephant probably about 15% bigger then Tim and had huge symmetrical Tusks, I wonder what happened to that one.
There are drones and other technology that can be used to make sure that no poacher could hide in safari and kill these beautiful creatures. International community could and should protect elephants. There is no will to do it.
@@rajivwelikala5062 oh, that would have been painful for him, such a beautiful creature there, really is no words to do him justice, rest in peace mighty one🐘
Tim too suffered a lot due his beautiful ivory. Please say big no to ivory please note we all can charge the world. Lord Buddhas thought us how important is to protect aminal rights and they too carry equal rights like humans in other words right to life. RIP,,,, 1970-2020 We miss Tim...great tuskers
Even in his final year He was still sexually active, Maby We will see one of his offspring grow into a big tusker?

I just read that Tim has died this past February of natural causes. He was so beautiful.

Saddest news I’ve ever heard. The world is a much poorer place without Tim the Titan in it. 😢RIP sweet GIANT!😢At least you survived poaching.

Hermoso y Magestuoso Elefante, estos tipos de Elefantes le parecen mas a un Mamut
I am happy that new generation is having smaller tusks. This way they can protect themselves from poachers.
Thank you for this video, it is beautiful.
Are there any upcoming young tuskers? I hope their genes have been passed on
SO WOUNDERFUL, JUST FANTASTIC
Such beauty! God’s fingerprint is all over the fantastic elephant!

I was gunnar say protect him but it seems he has already past hope that isn't true he is magnificent and regal
Beautiful xxxx
Majestic
Do elephants continue to grow bigger and bigger for as long as they live? Or is it just the tusks that continue to grow with age?
Probably with age
How many tons of food to produce those tusks ???
Reminds you of mammoth tusks
There is a video from 15 years ago showing a huge bull Elephant probably about 15% bigger then Tim and had huge symmetrical Tusks, I wonder what happened to that one.
Satao 1 or Satao2..?
Magníficos, mayores señores de la sabana africana.
Uuhh.
An elephant life is so serene and carefree; just stand there and eat all day, while I have to work, gym, party, socialize, womanize, etc. 😢
Womanize 😂 WTF lol
superb 👍
Sad, he died at an age of 50 yrs
Rip tim

Drones are expensive and usually agitate the elephants, thats why they are not used.
His tusks weight 140 kg omg😮😮😮
I thought that elephants had a life expectancy of 75 years.???
yes they usually do. But once they reach full maturity things such as this can happen. Dying of a twisted gut is apparently common in older elephants.
