Hello! Di lahat ng schools pala may OJT na required especially sa provinces kasi madalas walang firm within the municipality or vicinity.

Depende. Ask them directly. CV/Resume, Portfolio will do, Some require you to take a practical exam, some require a recommendation letter from the school.
Hello po! I'm choosing between TUP and PUP architecture. Tanong ko lang how's the online classes sa PUP archi? btw, marami akong natutunan sa video! Thanks for the infos.
Hello! So far okay naman online class sa PUP Kasi may mga professors na masipag. I guess same goes rin ito sa other schools, merong matandang prof mga hirap magadapt sa online class set-up. Bihira rin yung prof na nagrerequire ng attendance, still depends on the subject as long as nagcomply ka sa mga output on time.
Di ko advised na magmodule sa PUP Kasi magiging disconnected ka sa class mo and baka delayed most likely yung mga modules.
@@maxinarts Btw, student rin po ako ng PUP SHS and ayun nga po may mga professors na malimit kung pumasok, ganun rin po ba sa college? or minors lang po ang malimit kung pumasok?
@@carljohnquitan6329 depende talaga sa prof. 😭 Mas masipag yung minors. Tho ngayon, as a fifth yr eh LAHAT ng naging prof ko masipag naman 😂 pm mo ko on fb, kwento ko!!

I have a question po😁 magkaiba po ba yung OJT before graduation and yung diversified experience or apprenticeship na 2 yrs after grad? Or counted na rin yung hours na na spend sa ojt sa 3,840 hours?
Yes, magkaiba pa 'yun. Iba-iba yung curriculum ng OJT sa mga schools. For PUP, every summer siya tinatake, sa ibang schools, meron namang kasabay ng classes nila. Di siya counted sa 2 years apprenticeship
Kasi yung 2 years apprenticeship na required for the board exam is dapat AFTER GRADUATION. :)

@@strielamiaalmazan4644 Ask them na lang. As far as I know, Meron mga schools na walang OJT during arki school sa curriculum. Clarify mo na lang

Hello po, I am currently a grade 12 student who just passed the caepup 2023. I am planning to take the BS in Architecture if ever makapasa po sa aptitude exam.
Ask ko lang po if sobrang lala po ba talaga ng puyatan since maraming pinapagawang plates? And enough po ba ung time na binibigay para sa isang plate?
I was hesitant to go for Architecture since anemic po ako pero dream course ko po talaga un😢
Enough naman time na binibigay sa plates. Sanayan lang rin, marami kasi students mabagal lang gumawa or nagprprocrastinate. Madalas, we tend to overlook na kaya pala natin tapusin nang mabilis yung plate pero dahil bago pa lang for us yung activity, it will take time and marerealize we could have started already the progress nung kakabigay pa lang ng activity. It's up to you pa rin since iba iba rin tayo ng capability. You can discover your other skills and strengths rin naman once you enter the program. :)
Architecture school will train you accepting criticisms for your improvement, complying with client's deadlines and so much more

Nag w-worry po kasi ako since matagal po ang pag-aaral ng architecture and malaki ang gastusin since need ko po magdorm dahil taga Rizal pa po ako. Gusto ko po kasing makatulong agad sa pamilya ko when it comes to our financial problems.
After graduating po ba, kadalasan how much yung average salary ng architect while in ojt? Or pwede po bang may different work aside dun sa ojt like freelancing?
Hello, OJT is yung habang student ka pa so internship siya different from apprenticeship (kapag grumaduate ka na) If internship, di required salary. Kapag apprenticeship naman, fresh grad puro around 15k offers be it a small firm or a corporate job- yes disappointing as it sounds.
ako rin, nagstay ako nung first yr college sa Rizal, and from Cavite pa ko so I experienced 3 hrs back and forth na byahe to school hanggang sa kinailangan ko na magdorm. Sobrang magastos talaga architecture compared to engineering courses tho considering pasado ka sa CAEPUP, grab that as an opportunity kaysa sa mag-architecture ka sa private na x4 gastos gawa ng tuition fee.
Ang isang perks sa archi community is pwede ka magfreelance rakets rin na graphic design, digital rendering, (hanggang ngayon nakakatanggap kami commissions) which eased up our expenses kahit papaano back then.
How many months po yung ojt 2 nyo po?
Dapat 2 months sya if f2f not pandemic Pero etong online seminare took one month.

Hello! Wala kami allowance tho, ibang firms nagooffer naman. I chose the company since healthy ang workplace + iba yung bond doon and nakapagouting pa kami sa beach yehey haha
