Lol it is rather interesting, I started just watching anime, japanese cinema and jpop, and through that I discovered Korean cinema and kpop as well, they're definitly not the same at all, but for some reason on the internet they're all linked together as 'Asian cinema' or 'Asian music'. Plus where I live is so multicultural that for me it doesn't seem too different to be really interested in certain countries and stuff like that. xD
