In this video I filmed extreme winter snowstorm blizzard in old Quebec city heavy snowfall, extreme cold and blizzard sound. I hope was able to show the harsh extreme cold weather conditions and the effects it had on the city and people, including heavy snow fall and high winds blizzard storm. The snow season in Quebec is long and lots of snow accumulation. The snowfall totals may get very high and winter can have many snow days. People who live in Quebec definitely need a good snow blower and snow boots. The footage captures winter city live and difficulty faced by residents as they navigate through the snow-covered streets. @@lvfreeAdventures You probably know by now, but it is not opening this winter. There has to be weather of -10 to -20 degrees for 14 consecutive days, which we have not had this year. We have had a lot of snow but the weather is definitely milder than usual.
