Colonial Gardens Mother's Day Parade 2020

The staff of Colonial Gardens Gracious Retirement Living organized a Mother's Day parade through the community on Sunday, May 10, 2020. Safety protocols had prevented most residents from seeing their families for more than 50 days. Staff members found a way to reconnect families while maintaining physical distancing. Managers called the families and over 300 cars showed up to participate. We're happy to report the virus is still outside the building. Thanks to everyone who participated. They were the biggest smiles we have seen around here for some time.
