Hello everyone. It's been a while.
Is it because of my mood that every time I come, I feel like I'm coming after a long time,,?
As expected, the reason I came here after a long time was because I was focusing on treating my shoulder, which was so damaged that I couldn't even cut a knife!
Thankfully I found a good therapist, and I'm getting better, albeit slowly!
Today's dish is a sandwich with my favorite tonkatsu!
It is a dish that is loved by both children and adults.
I think it's a perfect dish to serve during a picnic season, so I'm uploading it.
I tested several sources.
The light taste is seed mustard and mayonnaise,
The combination of sweet chili sauce or tonkatsu sauce or Caesar dressing was okay, so it went well.
Honey mustard or tonkatsu sauce is recommended when eating with children.
Add the sauce that suits your taste and enjoy!
📌 Ingredients (2 sandwiches)
- 2 Tenderloin Pork Cutlets
(I used a commercial product sold at a mart, and the product used in the video is Lotte Shefood Sirloin Pork Cutlet)
- cabbage
(I used two handfuls for each sandwich, please adjust the amount according to your taste)
- mayonnaise
- whole grain mustard
- Oil
Tip) The thinner you slice the cabbage, the tastier it is.
