It turns out the issue was the sound guy they were using used to whack the levels too high in Arnel's ear monitors. Arnel used to struggle to hear the mix on stage properly & ended up stuck in his head & struggling, as opposed to being in a flow state. One day they got a new sound engineer & THIS is the result! I used to think he was finished as well, but not anymore! He sounds FAB!
@@dannygreene1122 that’s what I’ve heard.. imagine if it was corrected earlier.. so he had been singing incorrectly, wondering if it’s taking a toll to his voice faster than it should be.. got to admit there are down moments but so with any greats-the likes of Bon Jovi, Sebastian Bach and yes even the great Steve Perry! Thanks for this kind of thought process you shared :)
