I never laughed watching chess until I saw this. Some viewers may find this video disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised. Amazing! Fantastic! It's a kind of chess melted with science fiction...
I normally make fun of the 3 or so people that dislike Mato's movies, but I mean how can anyone in their right mind dislike this video. It is one of the most intense games I have ever watched
has to be the most complicated game ive ever seen. not gonna lie, i lost track of what the hell was going on about half way through. i couldnt even remember which way each player was attacking
Wow Mato. This is the best game i have ever seen in my life. and I love that white bounced back and won the game. please keep sharing more games like this with us. thanks again for the wonderful game...
I've watched the previous Traxler counterattack videos and the other day in a game with my friend I got the chance to play it and win. This channel has improved my game so much. Absolutely love it.
I am thoroughly impressed with the resilience and tenacity of both players! Most high level Chess games are entertaining to watch but this one is fascinating. The way the two players utilized the whole board, all their pieces and angles and countered pressure was a joy to watch. Thank you for covering it, Mato Jelic. I gave a like!
Mato, at the outbreak of WW2, Oct. 1939, my aunt and I attended the Chess Olympiad at Buenos Aires. She was a big chess supporter & friend of Capablanca. One afternoon I followed him into a large patio where big chessboards had been set up to track the games move by move. Capablanca (who had just won his game playing Board 1 for Cuba) was absorbed in a game between Najdorf and undefeated Alekhine. Seated next to him, I questioned a move by Nadjorf: "He shoulda' pushed the pawn, amigo." Abruptly, Capablanca turned to me and snapped: "Shut up! You only 3 years old!" Up to then, I'd rather liked the man, but after that, I cheered loudly for his opponents. Just kiddink, Mato. ;-)
Jamas he visto una partida como esta!!!!!!!!!!! para mi es mejor que la que jugaron Kasparov vs Topalov en 1999. Sos un genio Mato por subir este y los otros videos, ademas aprendi un monton! I've never seen a game like this! For me it is better than the one played by Kasparov vs Topalov in 1999. You are a genius Mato for uploading this and the other videos, plus I learned a lot!
To me this game resemble the invasion of Alexander the great in some variations. First brave King goes into the fire, in dangerous and foreign land where hungry wolves are aiming at him from every direction. But he and his army are defending amazingly well and win an amazing and epic battle! What an amazing chess game, very dramatic, maybe the most thrilling fried liver attack I've ever seen. Thank you, Mato :)!
amazing! That was one of the most entertaining games I have ever seen. Imagine it live, with 10-15 min time controls, and a really good live commentary on TV.
Wow!! This was one of the wildest chess games I've ever seen! And this time, I wanted black to win even knowing that he was going to loose, but his king hunt was so amazing that I was hoping him to win somehow!
at 9:54 in the video, when black bishop attacks critical white pawn, white can reply by checking black king with queen to g8. rook blocks, knight checks again with a7. this pretty much saves the position for white and is winning.
John Craftenworth Good point, but efter king c7, white will have to move the Queen bcause of the rook. The problem is that the Queen dont have any good squares to go to
with rook blocking (queen can't, she'll be taken by white queen), I think it's a perpetual knight check if no one wants to budge. But white black square bishop can check on c7 so there's better than that. Then it's rook or queen sacrifice to stave off checkmate for black.

one of the best games i have ever seen
And one of the craziest!!
Imo it’s THE best game I’ve ever seen. Both players deserve a round of applause for this one. It makes Tal look cautious
I have yet to see a pawn promoted to a nuclear submarine in any of my games. Love it.
Matt Monitto or a dragon :D
This is the craziest game I've seen yet.
I normally make fun of the 3 or so people that dislike Mato's movies, but I mean how can anyone in their right mind dislike this video. It is one of the most intense games I have ever watched

Completely insane! GJ dirty chess tricks borough me here...what a game!
If I've learned anything from this particular chess game, it's to NEVER give up even in the craziest position
I've seen again this game today. Always an evergreen beauty.
Easily one of the best chess games
Mato, the master of the short and entertaining comment, made his laurels on medium-length entertainment.

This is the wildest game I've seen in years ! Quoting Yogi Berra, "It ain't over till it's over"....
wow! this game bordered on the bizarre. Never seen king in so much peril and survive.
That is a real gem. That king was fighting throughout the whole game.
I think Traxler counter attack is one of the most interesting games to play.
best game i´ve seen on this channel
this must be the most beautiful and wild game i ever saw XD
I have never smiled so much watching a Chess game
At 10:44 K×b8 is a huuuuuugggge blunder......In fact Black could have ended the game in 6 moves with Qb4+ Ka8 Kc7 Bf4+ Q×f4 b4 Rd8+ Nc8 Q×b4 Ka7 Qa3#
In chess 8th wondering, great analytical skills given for curiosity......
Do more videos.....
Thanking you sir
A Rollercoaster. Amazing.
The best bestseller film of 2015

Amazing game..... the style of sacrificing reminded me of Tal and Rashid!!
Wow, this game is amazing!
wow impressive game..thanx Mato
haha there were so many easter eggs that I couldn't guess who was going to win the game till the last move.

It was like playing chess on an out of control roller coaster. I felt drained at the end.
Fantastic game, thanks Mato
