Yes the 2009 thru 2014 will work for the factory Raptor bumper

Good choice with the Gen 1 style. In my humble opinion these are the more beefier looking options than the Gen 2- Gen 3's.
I've got a 2010 Raptor SVT, and from what I can tell from your interior there isn't a whole lot of difference between them, with the exception of mine has Raptor stamped into the seat. You can probably upgrade your infotainment to a Raptor one if you want it to say Raptor when it starts up, sonething to keep in mind if you ever have to replace your existing one, and the Raptor name badge on the tailgate, you can get those off eBay for little money as well. Does your F150 have the step built in to the tailgate, or is it just plain? Some of the Raptors have step ups but some don't I'm noticing.
Mine has that feature, as well as the air gates that fold away, bed extensions where you can haul with your tailgate down.
Awesome job though, best one I've seen so far (but then I am slightly biased 😉 considering the Gen 1 will always be my favorite)
Now all you need to to is swap it for the 6.2 if you want more power or maybe a 7.3 powerstoke will squeeze in there

Id say its 10% "hate" and 90% "that's awesome". The hate only comes from people online; mostly comes from people that have nothing better to do with their time. Never had anyone say anything negative about it in person. Probably cause when people comment on it and say nice raptor and stuff like that I'm quick to correct them and show them its not one. Usually they are just really impressed with how good it looks and how you really cant tell the difference.

do you still own this truck? did u ever took it to the desert? im still on the process of mine. have only gotten the rear and front shocks on, need arms. but took it to the desert and well it was like 7/10 smooth but need the rest of the stuff to run it harder.

Yeah as soon as i get a chance to hit the desert i’ll get some footage. If it’s a weekend warrior and daily driver going this route is the by far the best option. If you’re making a desert truck only go long travel. it’s going to be expensive though!

How close did the 1.75 rear spacers get you to lining up with the front tires. I was looking at bora 2.5. Maybe that’s to much.
Ford Ranger2004 It’s damn near perfect. i’d say 2.5 would be too much. maybe 2 at the most.

@405 Prerunner nice truck how high did you lift it is exactly like the raptors and if so what are the measurements super dope F150!!!!!
alvin caceres Id say up front the raptor suspension lifted it about 3.5 ins. the truck is way lighter then the raptor so it sits higher. back with the raptor shocks maybe gained .5 in.
alvin caceres the front shocks are also set at mid perch. look up mid perch mod for ford raptor to know what i’m talking about if you don’t.

Nick, where did you get the front axles?
I used the stock ends and the shaft was made by camburg a few years ago. But at the time i think i had bought the 2nd to last ones they had plan to make. Theres a facebook group called Raptor Swapped F150’s. Someone in there might be able to tell you where to get them now a days.

brad Purcell If you buy used raptor shocks be sure to find a shop and get them rebuilt if they haven’t been already. It’s 100% worth it. And it’s really hard to do later if you don’t have a second car to drive during down time. Also try and buy oem stuff in your paint color first. Fiberglass takes a lot of work to make fit right plus you’ll still have to pay to get it painted.
brad Purcell If you’re dead set on fiberglass go with boatec or Advanced Fiberglass. From everyone I know that he’s got fiberglass those two need the least amount of work to fit right

Where did u get cv axles for the 4x4?
Omar Obeso I got the shafts from Camburg Offroad. But from what i’ve heard they don’t make them anymore. If you join the group Raptor swapped f150’s on facebook someone on there makes them. if you are 09+ you can buy raptor cv axles.
So I'm not sure if i missed it but do all the OEM Raptor panels bolt straight onto the body of the 04-08??
Very minor modification is needed when setting up the headlights. (cutting small pieces off the core support so the bulbs fit in the housing). and a bracket to hold the front valance and head lights in place. I got mine from Mcneil Fiberglass. They make a fiberglass conversion kit for our trucks, I just asked to buy the valance support bar and headlight brackets. otherwise all bolt on.
did you end up getting fron CV axles? did they Raptor ones fit ok?
Kyle Desouza Yes I did, but you have to have custom ones made for 04-08 trucks. 10-14 Raptor axles will only fit on the 09-14 trucks with the swap. not sure about15-current though

no, you need gen 2 raptor lowers and uppers, also extended brake lines and tie rod ends in order to use the shock

Christopher Ross No clue. If I ever get in a head on collision i’ll let you know. haha. But pretty sure they will still work.

Its an OEM grille. Came off a raptor. I bought the hood, fenders, grille, valance, and bed all at once from a guy that was making his truck into a full on prerunner fiberglass everything and caging it. But just look around on ebay and craigslist. Expect to pay about 250-400 for one though.

John Osterhoudt Well I did all this myself. But, there are a few companies that do similar set up. Fiberwerx and McNeil Fiberglass are the two main ones.

Damn I bought aftermarket bumper and oem hood and fenders but I have questions I have 2008 four Door too but mines doesn’t have the nice interior like yours

Jay Franco wheels are 17x8.5 i think offset is either 0 or -12. I got them used and forgot. They are Procomps unsure of actually name of wheel though.

That front bumper looks horrid....everything else looks great but that front bumper looks like a person without a bottom lip. lol
Function over form. Approach angle is 45* with these type of prerunner style bumpers. Look at any baja style truck and this is what you see. big bulky bumpers are not designed for what these trucks are designed for.

had to use a 1.5 inch spacers on the rear axle to make it all line up better. But, I'm actually buying a raptor rear axle which are 4ins wider overall, have 4.10 gears, a e-locker and is overall stronger; to swap out my current axle with.

David Almaraz Camburg offroad sold them specifically for doing the swap. I believe they stopped selling them though. But you can talk to them and get the info of the shop they had make them. The shop is in San Diego. But i don’t recall the name. Or Join Raptor swapped F150s on facebook. There’s guys on there that sell them. not sure who would be cheaper.
