I took your advice and wore a white shirt with blue jeans, pink loafers, a grey blazer and a blingy belt. My husband asked where I was going and I told him “work”. He said I looked too nice to go to work. Thanks for the great advice.
I love a substantial white shirt made from quality fabric so you cannot see thru it. Looks great worn as a light jacket because the weight of the fabric is right. Thanks for reminding us of all the ways to wear our shirts.

I think the element of wearing a white shirt with a curved hem makes a lot of sense. My wardrobe needs to be practical; not pricey. These styling options have been quite helpful. I’m learning a lot. Thanks.

Greetings from Canada where we are knee deep in snow in most parts .... 🙂. Loved the black trouser outfit on you as well as the one with the blazer. Both IMHO being classic yet chic! As to using a white shirt as an overlay; since I'm 76 years of age recently altered a low-end one to a crop length to wear with a linen spaghetti strap jumpsuit that will provide some arm shoulder/coverage as well as a little warmth in an air conditioned environment when needed. I love wearing a white shirt in cotton, linen or silk (my fave for winter). I’m glad to see the classic, medium-sized collar is back, I wasn’t a fan of those little undersized ones. I’ve also noticed more fitted styles and even cropped ones lately.

Today I didn't know what to wear and just threwa few items unto the bed. Then I picked a random colour of trousers "caramel" brown with a Navy top I knitted a while ago, its mainly blue and has white stripes. And I needed a blazer with it, so I choose a cream colour to go. Everybody said how good I look!
