God I wish I could go that fast. My brain literally pauses when there are too many notes on screen. like it literally can't process so it freezes and does nothing. The highest I can go is hard, but even that depends on the Star amount

This is not oni, this is ura oni (so higher difficulty than oni). But yeah, i mean, obviously this person is extremely good at the game. Some things to help you in your taiko playing: Try to alternate between the sticks, it's a good habit to get into early on as it'll become more difficult to get rid of bad playing habits as you move forward. Practice sets of 3 keys (red red red, blue blue blue, red red blue...) once these become second nature to you you're going to be able to clear a lot of songs! But yeah, this song is very very difficult.

A few examples include Six Trillion Years and Overnight Story, Kirame Kirari, Fun-Filled Drum-Filled Taiko Dojo, and Agent Hustle & Dr. Hassle, all songs where the Ura is either the same difficulty or lower than the Oni. The idea that Ura is *necessarily* harder than Oni is a misconception perpetuated by English-speaking Taiko spaces. Originally, Ura charts were simply meant to be recharts, without an air of higher difficulty surrounding them. Them being harder than Oni is usually (most times) the case, but it's important to note that it isn't always the case, and that was not the original intention from the developers.
