As someone who’s struggled with body image for a long time, I love when people like you are so honest about struggling too, it makes me feel less alone. I was put in dance at a crazy young age and was taught to judge every line of my body, to take complements as ways of improvement. I quit dance during covid yet the effects never really wore off. I run competitively year round now, And I’m finally eating proper full portions and I’m really proud of how far I’ve come but it’s still really hard. I’m physically extremely fit yet I’m constantly still judging myself. I guess this long rant is just a reminder that whoever’s reading this isn’t alone and I’m proud of you :)

I've been struggling to lose weight for a long time, and I'm really insecure about my body. I didn't know what I was doing wrong, but after watching your video, I realized that food plays a HUGE role in weight loss. I'm the kind of girl that eats whatever the hell I want without a care in the world, but that's the main reason for my weight gain. I feel very motivated to exercise and tone down the junk food and start eating healthy! Thank you so much Nat, I love you so much.

I’m so happy you did this because hormonal issues have a big big impact on your weight ! I been off of birth control for almost a year and I still struggle with unabalamce hormones and for the same reason no matter how much I workout and change my diet I haven’t been able to lose a single pound ! Yes my clothes fits better and I feel so good for that! But I still want to lose some pounds ! I will be taking this tips and applying them to my daily life ! Thank you❤️
I love this video ! thanks for sharing :) I finished 10 Days of trying the 12,3,30 for the first time about 10 DAYS ago, it was my choice of exercise, but I did realize that the points you mentioned are points Iwas working with and notice it plays a big role in weightless and fitness. my environment played a huge Role. I was motivated and really happy and energized to continue working out , because I was staying in a beautiful apartment, I was a lone for5 10 days! and soooo its been 10 Days no since I finished the workout I lost 5 pounds in 10 days and I felt great and energized and like I wanted to keep going..... But then I came back home 10 days ago (and I did want to continue my journey) but it was so different at home. I didn't have the same community, everyone at home was eating more and not so healthy, its been 10 days and I haven't workout and I haven't been consscious of. m y eating. its like all the work I put in those 10 days when I was alone, just went away all the structure, but im so glad and grateful to be able to realize the problem and the shift that occurred. I realized little details that work me that I can now try again. im working on being kind with myself :) & so your video came to me at a perfect timing for me ! im taking it as a sign, :D YAY oh btw I just weight myself and I gained the 4 pounds back whoops!
i currently have lost around 7 to 8 pounds after joining the gym with my family and eating healthier. it has been such a fun journey and i truely enjoyed being with my family and bettering myself. i have grown to realize i want to continue working out even after losing 15-20 more pounds

I don't know if this is going to help anyone else, but I've found for me, not changing my diet at all besides cutting out snacks unless it's fruit and walking for 30 minutes a day has helped me lose 38 lb and keep it off over an 8 month period. It doesn't sound like much, but I've consistently struggled to keep off the weight (losing it was fairly easy, it was more just keeping it off that was hard) for the whole 26 years of my life, but what's helped this time is changing my mindset to not being so hard on myself about it. If I miss a day's walk because I'm already in pain, then I miss it. I've learnt to be more appreciative of my body for what it does for me instead of just hating how it looks. I have come to terms with the fact I'll never be thin like a supermodel, but I'm working on myself and my mentality and that's more important than being Instagram worthy. For those interested (probably no one), my starting weight was 16st 8lb (232 lb) and my current is 14 St 2 (198 lb). Change your mentality before changing your body is my advice because you end up being more motivated and accepting of yourself. Love you guys!!

Finally someone who will help me understand this! Omg do you know who hard it was for me to try to find a balance for weight?! I had such a hard time with my weight, especially during the beginning of covid and it wasnt until I had a bad illness I got from my niece in the end of 2020 did I decide to change my habits. Since then I cut back a LOT of unhealthy foods and fix my eating portions and I was able to lose like 20lbs! (I was 180lbs at that time and I'm currently like 159 or 160) this video really does help me find more tips that I can use in a healthy way to either stay that way or lose just a bit more. Thank you for this video. It wasn’t triggering for me at all because I’m also on my fitness journey/lifestyle change & I can attest to everything that you said as factual. I struggled last year because I worked my ass off & ended up gaining instead of losing weight because of stress & obsessing over my weight (this lead to me emotionally & stressfully eating) but this year I joined a group, placed emphasis on getting all my macros in, & did a workout I enjoy (I’m a dance workout kind of girl) and I lost 20lbs just by making those changes.

Okay I just wanted to say one thing :) even if you cant lose weight (like you've tried a lot of things but nothing ever works) getting exersize everyday and eating a good diet can make you feel better about yourself! Even if you cant lose weight, its still good to live a healthy life style! :) I hope this helps someone
I don’t struggle with weight loss or anything, but I do struggle with my stomach & how it looks. It’s always been annoying to me because I am at a good weight and “skinny” but my stomach bloats after eating and definitely holds the most excess weight. I do workouts all the time and eat healthy, but maybe it can be genetics too. I refuse to restrict eating and counting calories because I know with my personality type, it can get out of hand and obsessive. Soooo, I’m going to keep up maintaining a healthy life style! ☺️

Thank you for this video. It wasn’t triggering for me at all because I’m also on my fitness journey/lifestyle change & I can attest to everything that you said as factual. I struggled last year because I worked my ass off & ended up gaining instead of losing weight because of stress & obsessing over my weight (this lead to me emotionally & stressfully eating) but this year I joined a group, placed emphasis on getting all my macros in, & did a workout I enjoy (I’m a dance workout kind of girl) and I lost 20lbs just by making those changes.

Okay I just wanted to say one thing :) even if you cant lose weight (like you've tried a lot of things but nothing ever works) getting exersize everyday and eating a good diet can make you feel better about yourself! Even if you cant lose weight, its still good to live a healthy life style! :) I hope this helps someone
I don’t struggle with weight loss or anything, but I do struggle with my stomach & how it looks. It’s always been annoying to me because I am at a good weight and “skinny” but my stomach bloats after eating and definitely holds the most excess weight. I do workouts all the time and eat healthy, but maybe it can be genetics too. I refuse to restrict eating and counting calories because I know with my personality type, it can get out of hand and obsessive. Soooo, I’m going to keep up maintaining a healthy life style! ☺️
