Seriously, Larroquette's comic timing was on a whole other level. He didn't need quick edits or cutaway scenes to make you burst out laughing. And to do all that while Teri Hatcher, a walking pin-up at the time, is truly amazing.

Originally, Dan was reading the charge against the Red Ranger and includes the line "did you know I'm not wearing a bra", which was obviously written by Kitty to mess with Dan. Then, while Christine is making a statement about a case, Dan slowly drops down and when the judge notices, the camera cuts to Dan on his knees looking up Kitty's skirt. That's when he stands up and goes to Kitty and says "Please stop teasing me."
This version has Dan ask her to stop teasing him first, then Dan's comment about not wearing a bra, and completely cuts out Dan looking up her skirt.

I have read that at 3:34 when she flashes Dan, Teri Hatcher really was wearing very little, like panties and a bra, as a joke to mess with Larroquette. He was too much of an acting pro to lose it and keeps a straight face. You can see her mischievous grin when she turns around after flashing him.

Night Court's final season or 2 weren't that funny but those middle seasons starting back when Markie Post arrived and Dan started behaving more perverted were some of the most hilarious zaniest episodes you'd ever wanna see on a major network. The only network tv show that MIGHT'VE been crazier was "Soap".
