I’m getting this error code on a brand new system I just installed in my shop outdoor unit has t even came on ch 04 error keeps coming up before it will come on bone dry pan any idea what it could be causing it
As mentioned in the video, you can try to check the water floating sensor
And open pcb pannel
Remove the sensor and re-insert it.
The problem will probably be solved.
@@Xhaamir so I’ve tried removing the sensor on both units and re-inserting them still same issue I haven’t took the bottom off to inspect the float but it seems to be happening on both air handlers that I have any other things to look at ? Do I need to run the outdoor unit into a setup stage before the equipment will run properly? I do hvac work but I have never installed lg products before got the equipment for free so I’m just trying to get it running for my garage at home ?
@@alantreadwell5369 try to make a loop ➰ ( give some resistance 1k or more in between) and connect instead of sensor
Nd try
if still the same.. may have your board faulty.
@@Xhaamir I’ll give that a shot and see if that works
How can i make reset. For remove error code after maintenance?
Which one??

After cleaning the drain trays the error will automatically remove.
Try to turn on off the ac unit from circuit breaker..
If the error still same, then go for check the sensor in the tray.
Check PCB board.
@@Xhaamir thank you so much
I have this issue on a brand new unit lg i can guaranteed theres no water in the tray

Reconnect or call for technician to replace the sensor or pcb
