Great video and advice. Having a solid morning and night routine is critical to how you look and feel. People can interchange their clothes to increase their appearance but having proper hygiene and a healthy diet will easily set you apart from others. Often keeping it simple and not over thinking things are what gives you the biggest boost.

@AlexCosta, to be honest,i use plain old wax on a Q-tip for my nose hairs,thank god i have no ear hairs,😂😂,it's easier,I'm used to it,and it takes longer to grow back.

A tongue scraper has been probably one of the most important things I have ever bought, I used to always brush my tongue real good and use mouth wash after. But nothing compared to a Tongue Scraper, a lot of people that I have told that believed that I was a bit "overkill" but that just show's me I'm outdoing the competition haha
