Great one Edwin! I've got my first High school tournament next week, I can't wait to try out your tips, Keep up the amazing work, Wish me luck ;) God bless
The weather has not been on our side out here in the PNW. Some fish pre spawn, some fish in spawn. But it's been hard to figure them out. I always love watching your videos. Thanks Project E!
Mr. Evers I love your channel I learn something new all the time from you thank you. Next time you break down a lake check out Lake Shasta in Redding California. I would love to hear your opinions on our beautiful lake. Thank you
Edwin, the boat on Lake Charlevoix was a gambling boat back in the days of prohibition. Al Capon would go there routinely to drink and gamble. The locals didn't like it there and they eventually sunk it on purpose. The boat is always loaded with Small Mouth. I'm from the area and know it well.
I grew up on the Warrior and you nailed it. The only thing is that you gave up a lot of my secret spots!! Lol. Lot's of spots and some really big largemouth. As you said, it is a long river/lake and there are so many miles to fish. I've got memories on most of them. I really love your lake breakdowns and this one in particular. Thanks for all you do and for this one particularly.
Can you do Clark hill next bc I've been struggling brotha
Warrior River!! Right on. I fish it weekly. I live on Lake Tuscaloosa, but really enjoy river fishing. Big Spots, decent Large Mouth. Just a great river. Thank you for breaking down this great river. I am in my 50s and have learned so much from your videos.
Thanks for the great tip regarding points facing into the current.
Thanks so much Edwin. I don’t compete anymore and am retired at 62 but am still learning a ton from you and your videos. The amount of info (especially the WHY) is invaluable and has really improved my fishing. Always can’t wait for the next one.
Love to see more kayak videos man. I just got one for my self, and would love to see some more
I have learned a lot from you and consider you my favorite all time angler and look forward to all your videos. OPTIMA BATTERY I would love to win one
Old hickory lake in Tennessee
Thank you EE for helping me with trying to figure out these Ohio lakes I have to fish. Prices on gas and everything else going up. I need all the help I can get to make my trips productive. Although any day spent on the water is productive catching or not.
Laurel river lake ky, love to try optima battery’s!
SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE VIRGINIA
I would like to see a breakdown on lake Barkley on the tennessee side. Love these breakdown videos.
It would be awesome if you coul do a breakdown of my home lake!? Lake Chesdin in Dinwiddie Va. is my home lake that is not small or big... Is this possible?? Appreciate the content you are providing! #RippinLipsInc
You have to check out Webster lake in Webster MA! The real name of the lake is Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg. Longest lake name in the USA. I recently fished and it’s an amazing fishery. Would love to hear your breakdown of it.
Incredible Breakdowns Edwin! Really appreciate your time, insight and expertise!!!
I really like the Lake break down approach using CMAP, Google Earth, Navionics. This has helped me tremendously. Love your passion...
Thanks once again Edwin for sharing your knowledge!!!!!! Looking forward to use this on our local lakes here in NC. Appreciate all your videos and time!!!! Good Luck!!!
Great video as always man. Great video content. Keep up the great work. You really have helped me step up my game. Thanks I appreciate what you do for all of us fishing.
Forward facing points, that's why I love these videos, thanks man for your help 🙏. NORMANDY LAKE TN.
Great video!! I could use a new group 31. 😆 Thanks for all your hard work Edwin!
I’d like to see you cover Lake Conway in Arkansas. Lot of big bass but shallow, stump filled lake. Main cover: cypress trees and lily pads.

Actually caught my PB smallmouth at Alum a couple weeks ago. How about breaking down High Rock Lake in North Carolina for my buddy, Shawn? That poor dude needs help! 😅
Excellent video. Finally got to meet you Saturday. Thank you for taking the time for autographs and words of wisdom.
As always, great info..!! Thank you so much..!!
Belton Lake, Texas
Occoquan Reservoir in Northern Virginia. It's not big and only 10hp motors.
Those points facing upstream are fascinating.. not sure how those happen. Will go look for some here though.
Lake suggestion: Chilhowee Lake, TN. Clear water lake in the mountains.
Alum creek is my home lake. That hump you spoke of by the bend is submerged house foundation from back when the lake was being built. You hit the nail on the head with those off shore points. Those powerline ripraps hold both bass and smallies. There is a lot of tall grass off shore. The water can get clear and make that grass looking g like it's 5 ft but it's actually 20 ft. Alum has smallies, spots, largemouth, saugeye, muskie, and toned of crappie. Lots of laydowns. Little but of everything. It's a good lake to learn on. Thanks for featuring Alum Creek.
I live around 45min or so north of alum creek and always wanted to come down and fish it, especially for the smallies! Maybe this is the motivation to get down there soon! Take care!
@@lannyseals2084 I'm 40 mins and I fish it often
@@kevinmcglothlin7347 I'm going to have to get down there this year
Everyone talks about Erie and st. Clair. Do the Mighty Detroit River soon pls. Big fan, thx for the tips.
Edwin, Nice job as always. You keep me excited about learning more about fishing,
This is my first season tournament fishing. I’m trying to put as much time as possible on the water to figure these fish out. These videos have shortened the learning curve tremendously!
Edwin, great info. I'm 72 and have bass fished my whole life. I learn something new every time I watch your videos especially your lake breakdowns. I'm in Columbua SC and have so many good lakes to fish. Your information applied to all the lakes have been right on. The lake I call home is Lake Murray. It is so big and is probably my hardest lake to fish. How about breaking it down sometime in the future. Keep it coming.
I’m interested in knowing if you have fished at Clear Fork Reservoir, Lexington, OH. If so, I’d love if you have any tips for where you’d fish there in August.
Hey Edwin really enjoy your lake breakdowns every month. I fish woodscreek lake, a small lake here in London Ky. Looking forward to next months breakdown! Thanks
D. Hammack
Enjoy your videos. I always get useful information about fishing. Thanks
Really appreciate you sharing how you plan with Google Earth. I’m now using it to plan and having more success! Thank you!
Glendale lake for July! Located in central PA, my local lake, small in size, but big in fish quality! Keep your lines wet
How about next month you breakdown the Columbia River at Tri-Cities Washington? Thanks for sharing all your great advice!
Thanks Edwin, appreciate you sharing your knowledge. My Lake Breakdown Request is Toledo Bend. I know you have had a great deal of success on this massive reservoir. So! I'm really interested to see your thought process in breaking down this great fishery.
Would love to see any lake in Oklahoma. Arbuckle, Murray, Broken Bow, Hefner. Thanks for the videos and info.
Thanks Edwin for the great where I would start lake break down. Always learn something new. Maybe you could do Green River Lake in Kentucky sometime.
I am old but new to river fishing. Thank you for teaching me how to find fishing spots. LET’S GO!
Watching this on my way to practice for the Eufaula BFL. Going to mark a bunch of brush. Trying to top 10 it. 💪🏻
This particular lake breakdown was exciting to see. Sssshhhh. One of these is really a hidden gem of a lake. A cup event would be awesome to see though. Great job E2.
I have been fishing consistently for about 2-3 years now. I didn’t realize google earth showed that much detail. I fish a snake 1800 acre lake in Southern Illinois. The deepest part is 40 ft. Usually we’re fishing in 20 ft or less. What is considered the lake being clear when you’re fishing in 20-40 ft. I always get confused with what is clear to know what baits to throw. If I had 3-5 ft visibility, would that be considered clear for this type of body of water. Thanks for all the good info and again don’t ever lose your enthusiasm.
Always enjoy the tips you keep giving us weekend anglers. I would love for you to break down my home lake, Shearon Harris Reservoir south of Raleigh, NC.
Thank you for these videos! Was wondering if you have ever been to Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge just north of Bastrop, LA
Absolutely enjoy these videos,,thank you for sharing your experience with us ,,, fish on
I love these breakdown videos! I always learn so much from these your videos. I would love to see a breakdown video of the Fox Chain of Lakes in northern Illinois!
I really enjoy the series. Getting better with using Google Earth. Had to to go back to your video on saving the points and getting them on my lowrance. Wealth of information on your channel. And the best Pecans. What more could one ask for!!! 🎣🐠🎣🐟🐠🎣
Edwin, Thank you again for all that you do. You give us anglers so much info in such an easy and understandable way to process. It is definitely making me and my daughter better anglers....
Love the breakdown on Lake Charlevoix! One of my favorite lakes to fish. Sadly the shipwreck is in less than 10 feet, but it does hold fish! That bay, Oyster Bay, is definitely a community tie up and party spot. Dont plan on getting back in there to throw during the day on a weekend, thats for sure!
Would be super cool in the future to see you expand on Lake Charlevoix - outside the channel and into Lake Michigan! When the wind dies down midsummer (we dont get those days often but it does happen occsionally) thats were you can really put a bag of big smallmouth together! Would love to hear your thoughts on the area just outside and south of the channel, commonly referred to as Fisherman's Island.
Always encouraged by your sharing! THANK YOU!
Hey Edwin, I'd like to see you do Lake Allatoona in Cartersville, GA. Metro Atlanta's less well known spotted bass reservoir. It doesn't have a lot of big fish, but it's a great numbers lake. Thanks.
Edwin great knowledge sharing tips. for all lakes I live in Oklahoma love to fish creeks system on our lakes
My question is could you breakdown Texoma for smallmouth I take my grandkids fishing and would love for them to catch smallmouth
Appreciate all your hard work
Another great info video Edwin as always....could you look at Clear Lake in N.E. Indiana in stueben county and do a break down of it. Has Large and smallmouth bass, wally gills and crappie. Deep ultra clear lake with alot of flats. Thanks again for all your informative video's it really does help the average angler.
Awesome information as usual. What's the best way to fish bridge pilons. Thanks.
Edwin I would love for you take a look at Ute Lake in Logan NM I've been fishing it for years. But it seems like all the tactics I've been shown just don't apply to this lake. Would love to know your thoughts about it. Thanks for all the good advice.
Live near lake west point near Lagrange,ga. Thanks for the tip last month to stay on shady banks as long as you can during early summer. Worked great memorial day. Had 16lbs. One over six. All large mouth where I typically weigh in a few spots
Lake Granbury in Granbury, Texas! I’ve been fishing the lake the last few years and have yet to find success during the hot summer months, any insight would be great!
I always enjoy you video's. Never fished Bankhead Lake but it's not that far away from me. You have me wanting to fish it. Thanks!
Thank u man your my favorite fisherman would u plz do Douglas lake or Cherokee lake TN.. thank u brother
Thanks for the tips and enjoyed listening to you break down some lakes. Live Hard, Pray Harder - IJN
Bankhead lake breakdown was awesome! It gives guntersville a run for its money. Kind of a hidden secret. So ever get the chance to fish it then you would not be disappointed. Thanks for the videos and tips like always. 👍🏼👍🏼
Great breakdown. How about the Colorado River, south of Havasu, just north of Parker Dam? I hear they have everything from large mouth, smallies and striper. Crazy hot next month, so that would definitely be a fun one to try to figure out.
Nice video Mr. Evers! I'd like to see a breakdown of Smith mountain or Kerr Lake in VA. Also, could you do a video on how you can get your cmaps on an I pad and go over color shading and such?
Thanks again.
Thanks for those tips on breaking down a body of water!! Will have to start studying the maps on the waters I fish!! Stay Safe & God Bless!!
Excellent information. You articulate information so well.
Would love to see you break down Lake Chatuge in GA. We will probably fish it on our high school trail in the fall.
Thanks Edwin for sharing all of your fishing knowledge. It has opened my eyes to so much more fishing areas.Could you please break down Caesar Creek Lake in Ohio. Thanks again.
Since you’re the foremost expert on the Atchafalaya Basin, fishing it numerous times, I was wondering if you could talk a little bit about it?
Been watching your page for a few months... Very impress with the content and I tell my wife all the time I'm watching my coach on the water.... Keep the knowledge coming...
Google Earth has been my best friend. Break it down...it is big, Lake Texoma
Great stuff, look forward to this every month! If you get chance, Boone Lake in TN would be great to look at. It was down for 6 years Fri dam repair, but is back up now. Thank you!
Mr. Every I've got a kayak bass tournament coming up. It's on a lake that's very clear water. The vis is 10+. I wonder what your tip if any what you can share any tips. Way of colors of baits ( soft plastic and hard baits ) thanks I love you videos and the tips you share with us.
Great video for June just in time. We’re headed to Green River Lake in Ky this weekend. Thanks for the time you put in for us buddy with you’re busy schedule.
What advice do you have for pond fishermen in South Florida in June/July when water temperatures are 86-88
Please do peace river in Arcadia Florida. It’s all I got. Or even Myakka. I take my kids out all the time pretty much junk fishing but we seem to do okay. We have our days but would love to hear your thoughts on our home pond.
Edwin, another great lake breakdown. I look forward to your videos as they help me find fish when I go out with my son and daughter.
Appreciate the insights... I think better to learn how you are breaking it down, than just having you break down my lake for me.
That’s crazy I am in bad need of one as it is,”GUNTERSVILLE AL”
Your videos are so helpful for me to improve my fishing techniques. As always thank you for what you do.
Mike C
Great video- I learn something new with every one of them! Do another Oklahoma lake! Keystone Oolagah FtGibson!
Thanks for the video. How did you know the lost creek area was flatter based on google earth?
I’ve learned so much from these videos. Please do Chickamauga for July. My family is going to visit in the last half of July and I’ve never been. We’re taking my boat, but getting a guide for the first day to get some pointers on fishing a new to me lake. Keep up the great content.
Hey Edwin could you talk about lake Texoma I have a fish this lake for years and years and I have hard time fishing this lake, there is a ton of rock but not much grass it’s in Oklahoma and I’m sure you’ve fished it. I’m just wondering where and how you’d fished it like deep water or shallow. thanks buddy and great content and videos
Thank you Edwin I love these videos because I can apply most of them to Chickamaga
Great info as always how about Lake James in Western NC. Small mouth, large mouth, spots and starting to get mean mouth.
Great video, Lake Houston in Texas breakdown would really help me.
Could you do a break down of bay springs lake tishomingo ms? It’s connected to pick wick lake and fluctuates directly with it.
Easiest guide trip I can take! Had a sweet Choppo bite on Table Rock the past couple days. Invaluable info as always. Thank you EE
Thanks E2, these videos are very helpful especially for those of us without electronics. Scoping out Google Earth, and contour maps prior to going out has helped me a ton after watching your videos.
I love these Videos. I really learn how to start looking at my own lake
. Belle Fourche Reservoir, in Belle Fourche, South Dakota
Can you do Truman lake in Missouri for July. It has big fish but the lake go's up and down a lot. But July you can catch big fish but really hard to do.
