    Wow, event horses are so hard. I only want to shoe brown horses, as they’re not so difficult.

    Am I blind? I don’t see anywhere to add studs to the shoe. Can you do cross country without studs?

      Some work without studs. If they think they may need studs, the farrier would put stud holes in when shoeing.

    Hey, why do you sand paper the hoof ?

      It's a way to keep the hoof smooth and remove any marks. Like a finish carpenter, they like to leave the job looking as nice as possible.
