- Hey guys been a minute…just been getting things together for the space …it’s almost completely done but just getting furniture 🪑 and last finishing touches together…hope you guys like the video …be back soon with another update ..boy was this a little challenging and frustrating but it’s done ✅ and I’m glad to share our experience ❤️❤️❤️

Hello- I have the same barn conversion except on the second floor loft I extended it the whole way across - So that I have a whole second floor. much more space up there. not open wasted space. and downstairs I just sectioned it into rooms. also the plumbing from downstairs should run upstairs to give you another private bathroom/ shower etc. no tub just a wet room. and I used " on demand" water heaters. saves space. instant hot water. Looks good so far. Im a lady that loves construction. peace and blessings

Excited for you! Maybe make contact with that youtuber Walter Lee Hampton... he rehabbed a beautiful home maybe he can give you some tips and great reliable contractors to work with. I'm surprised no skylights, and that other wall definitely needs a window, a large fan or 2 fans center over the frontish part of the space would be nice, will there be no 2nd floor bathroom? The landscaping could be awesommmme. I'm so glad you're going to put a door or window on the other side of the front door... it needs balance.
I really love the exterior and the inside is coming along well. When completely done, the contractors need to add some flowers or landscape the area, your signature sign hanged on the outside, and you'll be all set. I'm truly happy you, Mickey.

Contractors can be a bit shady sometimes. I was building a music studio, kind of like you are doing, and I had to fire a contractor who missed two dates that he set for pouring a concrete slab. Then had to sue him to get my down payment back.

They are taking to long to do this! It's one of the easiest types of buildings to do. Look into getting your coins back( lawsuit ) and get another contractor. Great Vision, don't allow it to be delayed or ruined❤❤❤❤
