Johee has trama and she afraid to go to dungeon after kang taseik attack everyone she is afraid and her trama increase more if she continue being hunter so her best choice was to retire and go home and if she stayed with jinwoo then plot will became slow and she will slow growth of jinwoo i mean leveling up is his main priority to level up fast so he can save his mother with elixir and from danger of srank hunter whose brother jinwoo killed so i think best choice is to let her go
Remember... this is a long runing webtoon... with a novice author... personally i never expected it to go full throttle all the time form the start... long running shows grow little by little... and unlike japanese anime and manga... i have noticed korean stories tend to be more carefree with introducing and removing characters from the plot... the real problem is that in a long running show like this you are supposed to keep it going non stop without thinking of seasons... but the "japanese anime business" does not have much trust in manwha based anime yet... and even though the manwha based anime so far have been quite popular world wide these shows do not have the same "safety net" behind them of a tested manga that they know was to the liking of the japanese target fandom... One of the big manwhas a couple of years back flopped a bit when compared to its source material (god of highschool) which was also a short anime that people critiziced hard because of the adaptation itself even if the animation and action were good... dont really remember how the reception of tower of God was...
