One woman bought a house in Detroit for $3000, she replaced pipes, she didn't understand the property would be taxed at current value, she couldn't pay the property tax, and it auctioned at $500. How can a group of adult males(Hood) refrain from hitting the auction as their own company, grab one, flip it, and keep on prospering in this tight real estate market? They're roaming about failing to see the fortune that could unfold in their own hands. Along with eventually grabbing a house/flipping for each of them. The Hood needs to rethink life when houses valued at $150 thousand sell at auction for $500. They've $500 altogether and can make that tax payment especially since their point is to sell it at market value on Zillow?

A lot of times the dish might have been installed for cheap years and years ago, but when the service is cut off, the company doesn't come out and take it down, so most of them don't work anymore

I believe that industrial site is the old Packard plant. My girlfriend at that times dad grew up there in that area called Poletown. She and I went down there at night and found his old house, torn down like the others. I used a flashlight to find the wooden address numbers plaque that he had made way back in woodshop. Cleaned it, wrapped it and stuck it in his Christmas stocking. Of all the stuff he got, that present either sat on his lap or next to it all day long.
It's clear that Charlie started out with zero flight hours on his drone. It just shows😂. So many close calls and heart attack moments. Keep it up though you'll get the hang of it.
