If you were using uworld to study for the MCAT, it is important to not forget the material that you have studied. In my opinion, one of the best ways to do this is using Anki as I have seen this work for many students.
In order to save time, you can use one of the premade decks and unsuspend the content related to the question you got wrong. This is important because you now understand the context behind that content.
However, if a premade deck does not have the content or you feel you need more contacts. This is a good opportunity to make your own cards.
