Que pasa si hay un candado al lado del logo de Wifi como arreglar eso para poder manejarlo

What if the switch I installed is missing the SSID number? I installed two of these recently at the same job. First one had no issues. The second one is blank where there should be an SSID number, and I can find it under the WiFi networks. Any ideas? I tried to reset it but that didn’t change anything

Does this have an internal battery to retain the programming? If so is it replaceable?
Hello, more jello please! Thank you for the question. The ST01 does have an internal battery and is replaceable. However, the battery is what powers the switch, so if the battery dies you would have to replace it and reprogram the switch. The battery is a CR2 lithium, and lasts a few years.
