4 star hotel JEN by Shangri-La Georgetown Penang | Worth it?

Review of the Jen hotel by Shangri-La in Georgetown Penang, in Malaysia. We stayed at this luxurious 4 star hotel, which is right in downtown Georgetown. The hotel is close to many sights, including the Komtar building and there's an easy connection to Penang Airport and the ferry.
During our stay we also witnessed the celebration of Chinese New Year which made our stay very memorable.

I recently stayed for five days in a hotel in the US for $149 a day and the room was similar to yours but the "breakfast buffet" was reconstituted eggs, stale toast, and lukewarm coffee. I'd stay there just for the buffet! Is a lot of the food spicy? I like spicy food, the hotter the better.

Good revieuw of a Nice hotel. It looks Very big. Prefer some what smaller hotel. But anyway good breakfast as we could see. 👍
