Yes. Some people should NOT have kids. Especially SIX of them! Who can afford that? Texas, and other states, need to offer birth control to people b/c it's getting out of hand with the numbers of kids people have! Not to mention the increase in abortions that are needed now b/c of closing all those Planned Parenthoods all over the nation! Women are not equal unless we can choose when, or if, we have kids. There's no more big family farms that need hands to work these days, and that typically was the reason people had big families. People also have a lot of kids if they live in a country where childhood survival rate is lowered due to diseases. It's very sad! I choose not to have them b/c it's too expensive in the US and I never wanted to end up being a single parent, not to mention what kind of place the world will be with climate change. We are in the middle of another mass extinction event. Oceans will collapse by 2050 if we don't start to take care of them. Fish have bio-accumulated plastic in them and likely radioactive isotopes from Fukushima disaster this is still ongoing. I would not want to be born now. He snapped! Men don't always have the same patience with kids and maybe he didn't like that his daughter kept popping them out. Perhaps she expected her dad to take care of them.
I honestly feel bad for 911 operators because they have to listen to stuff like this. Some of these calls are really tragic as well. I salute them because I sure as Hell wouldn't be able to do their job.
I'm about to be in training for 911 Dispatch. Thank you for your kind words and your support. I'm sure it's going to be very difficult, but I have always wanted to be that person that gets to comfort someone and "be with them" in one of their biggest moments of fear. I'm going to be very honored and proud of what I can accomplish to help.
True. But some of them definitely don't need to be dispatchers. They are fucking simple as a box of rocks, some are. But there are a lot who are very good and compassionate at what they do. There is a way you can calm a person down and get info and help without having a snappy tude or screaming at the caller, or cutting them off.
@@tiffanyscavetta8340 good on you! Youre going to be great. I'd love to do it. I know that might not sound right but i want to do it for the same reasons you do. Good luck to you🙂
kali the cali baddie so are women. I just heard a call, and watched the interview of an obsessed and jealous chick shoot her bf all because he was going to hang out with a childhood friend.
kali the cali baddie for sure. My ex asked if it was cool to date my homie. I said sure, we been done about 15yrs, and he was a good dude, so why not. Rihht away he started beating her. Hospital type beatings. 2 weeks ago he beat her to death. Women please be careful...
@@scarletfox7080 Even then, the operator wasnt doing her job. The first priority is assessing the situation, telling her to get somewhere safe, and calming her down. Not asking endless questions about which weapons he has. Granted, it probably would have made little difference, but still, she should have prioritized the safety of the caller, over the safety of the officers.
@@benoitboval4543 I'mma be completely honest, I don't remember typing this. I completely agree with you. though I wouldn't really call her dumb for it Also, I can tell I had no idea what I was talking about saying that I didn't even say the reason that I had somehow got by doing research? So uh yeah, I'm completely sorry about that
I love these. I love the way you show how the call ends up... any others I've listened to always leave me hanging, but you have actually cleared some up for me! lol
Exactly. I watched one before this with literally no back story and no explanation just a choppy messy blend of 911 calls I wasn't even sure if they were real. Good work Gabbee
After the gunshot, I could swear that I heard gurgling... unless it was part of the video's sound effects. Whatever it was, it was incredibly disturbing.
I hate my life... you suggesting smth or what? No matter how terrible someone feels, they shouldn't kill themselves, it's the most selfish thing anyone can ever do.
Talon-ted Owl Wait I am confused you want to end your life but you say people should kill themselves??? What? At least we can agree you shouldn't take your family's life.
The second operator was so rude. I can't believe the guy in the first call was treated much better and he had just killed his daughter and six grandchildren.
that 2nd call the operator was stupid...asking her 10 times what type of weapons he might have access to!! who gives a shit? he's trying to get in right now!! just get the police!
THIS DAMN 911 OPERATOR THAT GETS ANNOYED WITH A GIRL FOR BEING FRIGHTENED OUT OF HER MIND...OUGHT TO BE FIRED!!!!!! HOW DARE THEY TREAT A PANICKING HUMAN FEMALE LIKE THAT!!!! I'D LOVE TO SEE THAT FEMALE OPERATOR IN THE SAME SITUATION AS THAT GIRL!??!!!!! HOW SHE WOULD FEEL!?!
Agreed!! I was wondering if I was the only one annoyed by their responses and attitudes. The 911 Operator training needs to be revamped if thats how they are training people..They are too worried about controlling the situation and not enough listening and compassion...It's INFURIATING..
It seems to me as just the qualifications to become an emergency dispatcher have dropped significantly in one generation. I remember what they were like 20 years ago
555 555 controlling the situation saves lives. I'd rather have that on the other end of the call than to be coddled for a few minutes before I get stabbed, shot, raped, or beaten.
@5:28 ... kind of stupid to just repeat "Hello" over and over, suppose someone said something during the crime, but, was unaudible because of the operator saying "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello"
They have two recordings of 911 calls, one of which is just the sound coming from the callers side so nothing would be covered by her voice, as for the hello hello they have to stay on the line they’re not allowed to hang up & the only thing she can do is try to make co tact but it was a little overkill
@@smalltowngirlbigcityheart3724 not really. I don't expect anything out of people. I can react however I want and you as you want. Besides, I'm sure that seasoned 911 operators are so used to such calls that after a while they become numb to extreme calls. Can't blame them
911. Be like. OK ma'am do you know if your boyfriend has a weapon.. girl I don't know. Please send somebody 911 be like. Do you know what size shoes your boyfriend wears. Do you know if his teeth are brushed. My gosh. Send someone fully armed and ready to do battle. We are working with seconds. Here. Ugh
Rock Drummer you do understand that the instant the call starts someone is sent to the location right? They ask questions and such to give the officers more information on what's happening.
Thank you for thinking about the emergency services. MY DAD commited suicide because he was a paramedic who saw terrible things at the London terror attack and other sights at other scenes. It means so much to know people think of them. MY DAD MY HERO.
Been in EMS for 20 years..and I always find it amazing how many self proclaimed experts we have when it comes to medical details and terminology and the psychological aspect of the offense
I drive by the house of Marissa Hope Reynoso (that the second clip is about) twice a day, and even though this happened nearly two years ago, I still cannot forget the scene the next day and how this shook the surrounding neighbors and community.
2 elderly people beat to death while they were lying in their bed, can it be more terrible than that? Of course, the one with the children is just as terrible. Those murders is a good proof that you can't be safe any place. The American system needs to focus more on mentally unstable people, and what can be done to better them, before they do terrible crimes.
They cut funding for the mentally ill back in the 80’s and I don’t think we’ve done much to improve that area in the U.S. I haven’t done any recent reading so I cld be wrong.
I have some bad trust issues and I have no idea why. I don't have any traumatic events that I know of at least and yet I barely trust anyone, I only deeply trust three people in my life, My memaw(grandmother), my popaw(Grandpa), and Cookie (my dog). I stay with my mother and step dad and I kinda trust my mom but I can't trust Chris (step father) at all, I literally have nails shallowly stuck into my floor because I believe he is gonna try to murder me and my siblings. (PS The nails are there so I can quickly pull them out and use them as weapons if he tried to attack me or my family
#2 story is one of hundreds of reasons to have a weapon to protect yourself. Cops didn't save her or her children. The dispatcher keeps talking while they're being murdered. If she could have defended herself this ending would have been very different.
The dispatcher has already dispatched police/fire/emt while they're asking questions. The keyboard clicks you hear is the dispatcher giving first responders info. The second caller the dispatcher is wrong!! She was rude & disrespectful. Awful. Awful person. She could very well be speaking to this women in her last few seconds of life & you're rude to her. I have my concealed carry permit & I carry AT ALL TIMES!!!! EVERY WOMAN SHOULD CARRY!!!! The police show up after the crime has been committed. Don't let it be your body they find.
Would you say it's much, much scarier to live in America compared to say, England? Your comments are great. Have read two of them now. They do really scare me though. But all things to do with life and death scare me... Do you think no where is safe in America,?

Yep, good point. But what's with the thing on top that shows the audio spikes in sound when they speak? Like do we watch it and say oh yeah the blue spikes when they speak.
This is a very good example of why, women especially, need their pistol permit. We genetically are not stronger than men but a glock is a great equalizer to that!
I hate how police is so calm in things and don't that fast. They protect people but they need to understand that people need help and being calm is a good thing but it is so irritating because they are calm and people calling are so desperate to get help. Many people have their life in danger and police is so calm.
@@ix3432 Well you want the police and first responders to flip out while the victim is flipping out at the same time? Yes I'm sure that would be helpful. Ridiculous.
@@ix3432 They need to remain calm it will not help for them to be hysterical like some of the people that calls in. They tru their best to get whomever on the other end to be calm, sometimes that person is speaking really fast so if they are cal the dispatch can hear and understand what their saying.
She repeats hello to make sure if the woman finds the phone, she will know that the operator is still there. She can't just jump through the phone lines and form a shield around the women and getting hysterical over it won't electrically shock the attacker or help in any means. So what would y'all do then?
6:50 the dispatcher hears the women dying but just continues to say hello over and over again doing nothing to help the women, they really need to get better employes
That was done so well. I’ve never seen a vid that kept me glued to the screen. Having said that, I feel so bad for all the victims. I’m so sorry this happened. God bless them.
she was trying to keep him on the phone to make sure he wouldn't run away... why he did, well she could have asked but her priority was to keep him on the line, which didnt matter because he killed himself and was not taken to prison/
That's what I would try to ask as well because he already said he will kill himself so no one can ask him ever again why he did it. Some people might actually wanna talk, or share something about the circumstances, rather than what gun they have. In a situation like that this question about the gun must sound so stupid to the man, and you can hear it in his voice. I imagine if I'd ask in a calm voice "why did you do it sir?" or "whom did you shoot first? Do you wanna tell me something about what happened? Was it spontaneous? in a rage? Did you shoot your grandkids after because they shouldn't live without their mother? Or in did you plan to shoot all of them?" I think the situation is bad enough so I might as well get as much information as possible, and maybe he will stay on the phone even longer that way, than being annoyed about gun questions
I'm not really sure if calling 911 always has to be the 1st priority. 3rd call of murdering mom and 2 kids is really disturbing. If someone id breaking into your house instead of calling 911 right away, I think the 1st move should be hiding somewhere. When the attacker gets to know you are calling the police they become even violent. Because no matter what it takes at least 10/15 minutes for emergency crew to get to any location. For a killer, couple minutes is more than enough.
I love how you present them. Starting with the 911 call then the story. My most fav part of yours is that you go straight to the stories and do not do a mantra of yourself etc. These are the best so far!!! Tyvm
Never let your home be vulnerable to violence even if you are poor, a good used firearm won't cost you much but has the potential to stop an armed intruder from harming or killing you and your loved ones! Call 911 but realize that even the best response times leave minutes with you to fend for yourself and it only takes seconds for an intruder to do severe damage.
If the guy at the end was telling the truth about him not knowing anything, which it seems that he didn't, I feel sorry for him. But I do think putting him in prison would be the best place since he wasn't in his right mind. His poor grandparents though!
He knew what happened. I have seen first hand somebody who has done something violent who really didnt know they had done it and the guy in that call was full of shit
I don't think anyone who commits any crime should go to the United States form of prison. It is made to make sure people always get put back in because they profit from having more inmates. So instead of getting these people help and rehabilitating them, United States prisons purposefully get people back in for financial gain
That's known as Bond, not everyone gets it, especially if they are repeat offenders, disrespectful to the judge, show no remorse for their victims or the victim's family, and if there are enough charges to out rule Bond
"According to Norwegian police statistics, 5,284 cases of domestic violence were reported in 2008. These cases ranged from serious acts of violence such as murder and attempted murder to physical assault. The number of reported cases of domestic violence increased by 500 percent from 2005 to 2011"
That second call is exactly why women should buy and learn how to use a firearm. The cops absolutely can not get there in time to save you with a situation like that. That could have been a much happier outcome. I’ll never be without a firearm. Thank god for the 2nd Amendment. 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸 Break into my home at your own risk. You will meet a quick death.
Annabelle T Naidoo I agree with you and a 15 year old male but I had to get some of intestines removed because I Hershpuing’s so I’m skinny but I’m growing at a normal pace so I want a Beretta M9 pistol for the gun range and self defense for me and more importantly my little sister that is 11 and my mom and if I’m around I would want to carry it at all times if my sister me and my friends are going on a walk especially in one of there Towns they have a lot of gangs in the neighborhood particularly a splinter group of the bloods and crips
I am pretty sure anyone is able to own a gun. Whether she knew how to use a gun wouldn't matter as the average citizen doesn't "learn" how to use a gun, so gender wouldn't even be factor as (for restatement) ANYONE CAN OWN A GUN.
osielone1 M what are you talking about? I “learned” how to use a gun at a gun range every weekend until I felt comfortable handling it. I know how to take it apart, clean it and put it back together. Anyone with a firearm should “learn” how to use it. TF you talking about.
Peyton Kasinger Bless your heart, honey. I’m so sorry you and your sister have to live around that. It sounds like you’ve already been thru a lot. I’ll be praying for you and your family.
Angela Marsh police were already dispatched and on the way. The questions she was asking isn't slowing any of that down but are crucial so the responding officers know what is going on. Don't act like you know what is going on when you don't.
Once the 911 operator presses the dispatch "ALERT" button, an attention signal is sent to all squad cars and desk supervisors. Everything she types from that point is displayed on their screens.
The problem I'm having here is that I keep hearing the same 8-12 911 calls on every video in some form or fashion on everyone's videos... makes me sad. I know there's bad ones out there.
Dispatch has to get as much info as possible to pass along to the police, firefighters, or paramedics. They are trained not to freak out during calls. There is nothing dispatch can do but continually ask if someone is okay or keep them talking until they get told the victim that the emergency people are there or the emergency people take over.

You can have a gun in Australia it's just you need to go through a lot of paperwork. Also being over 18 is legal to own a gun if you don't have any mental illnesses.
@@newhorizon1355 William, shut up. Australia had 500 deaths by gun in 2016 as opposed to the 11,138 in the US. How many more kids do you want dead before you learn. Just look at how many school shootings there have been. What about Emma Walker. That's one of the stronger cases with death by gun. America has way too many mentally unstable people for guns to be legal. Gun control is an essential. It's also worth noting, Australia had one of the lowest homicide records in 2016. Enough said. While Australia's rate drops, the US has stayed steady or risen. Recently it's risen, given that there was 73,000 gun related crimes in 2013 for the US, with only 8000 fatal. In 2016 it's 11000 fatal.

Wtf? Was wrong with that stupid 911 dispatcher?!?! She just kept asking stupid questions and saying hello repeatedly after hearing the woman’s screams and the gun shots?!?! The poor woman was dying, do you really think answering you was her main priority? 🤬🤬 That was absolutely horrific to listen to. That poor woman and my god those poor babies. The sounds at 5:52 were really horrible and disturbing to hear, was that the woman gurgling blood and taking her last breaths after the gunshots? 😢😢 It was just sickening to hear. What an evil bastard to not only take that poor woman’s life, but to take the lives of those poor innocent babies. R.I.P little ones, go and be safe with your mamma in heaven. Absolutely heartbreaking. 💔💔💔💔
Oh how heart breaking it is to hear these kind of stories😢. How can you shoot you're own grand kids ? Fuckin 6 of them and one was a baby 😭😭😭😭 whhhhhhhhhhy ??? My heart breaks for these children and any children being murdered because of someone being so selfish 😭😭😭😭
Oh god I got horrible marble hornet flashbacks on “Grandson” when it said he woke up in a vehicle covered in blood 👀 Marble Hornets fans will understand
Spooderman Because they have to. If you're shot hearing "OH MY GOD YOU'RE SHOT? OH MY GOD!" Won't help. Plus they're trained to stay calm, and not get attached to the situation.
Shweeshwee Elise they don't always stay calm my friends dad's friend who works with his dad didn't stay calm when he got a call for a mas murder and break in
You have to. After awhile of doing it you become pretty much numb to it all. We lose bits of our humanity over time and that's all part of the job, sad to say.
This is so disturbing. It must be incredibly difficult to be the 911 operators, police officers, EMS, nurses, and doctors who deal with this stuff. I once had a professor who was a former psychologist and mental health counselor and she had the saddest face ever....a face that basically said "I've seen some sh*t." It must be so difficult to fall asleep at night.
Did Ezra Simon-Daniels really forget he killed his grandparents or was it an excuse? I remember there was a 911 call where a kid shot his mom and sister but he didn't remember doing it and he sounded genuinely distraught over the phone.
Epistaxis I think it’s possible. Like you do something so bad that it is like an out of body experience and the mind forgets to protect itself from the gruesome reality that the person cld do something so heinous. If that makes sense. I wonder what provoked it? Whether him forgetting or not what provoked it? He looked really disturbed in the court house like I really fucking did this in confused disbelief. 🤷🏽♀️😔
If he is telling the truth he may have did it all in his sleep. I don't know if that's possible, murdering with a baseball bat and driving to the middle of nowhere, but there have been incidents were people have killed in their sleep. It might explain why he wasn't wearing shoes and why he was so confused.
Some 911 dispatch ers makes thing worse... They act like they are God, answer my questions, or They won't send help. Then if you don't answer their questions, they have an attitude !!!
they send help every time someone calls. they ask questions to give the cops sent to the location information on the situation, and also, sometimes, to make sure they are still alive.
I am in agreement with the comment just below...very thorough, well made, BUT extremely disturbing! I guess that it's why the stories in the video are so intriguing...
We just had a case about 2 months ago where a guy shot his wife, daughter, and his 4 grandkids, and then himself. This happened at Margaret River in Western Australia. So damn heart breaking.
We sure do but sadly no getting through to so many of them. When we had the Port Arthur Massacre in Tasmania back in 1996, there was 35 murdered and 23 injured. All of Australia had a complete change on gun laws. Pretty much the only ones that had guns after that was probably the police and farmers. Its very hard now to get either the gun licence let alone a gun. Its frightening how many in the US have guns and how many are killed every day with them and the bullshit excuses they have to shoot someone. It very much a catch 22 situation I think, but in the end so many have guns that shouldnt and they for the most part are the ones who murder people. So many innocent people, kids, get caught in the crossfire and its getting worse every day. So many school shootings. You cant even go to a movie now without the thought of some whackjob shooting up the cinema. Nowhere is safe because of guns but so many of them are just worried about their right to bare arms....and hows that working for them.....
Maria Skødt Well, being an American myself, I would be more worried about a blanket ban on guns. The black market is huge, so there's no doubt at all that criminals would still have them. Hard drugs are banned, but people still abuse them. The same would be true with guns. And yes, the 2nd Amendment is important. What works for you wouldn't necessarily work for us, plus there's the fact that we have different ideas of what liberty is.
Very true Ken. Plus the US has way more people there than here which certainly doesnt help. Then this damn drug epidemic is out of control everywhere. So many famlies are ruined one way or another with it. Sometimes I dont know whats worse :( We certainly are living in scary times thats for sure.
Maria Skødt Agreed. I'm fortunate that I live in an area that has a drug problem and lots of guns, but very little violent crime. The guns are mostly used for hunting and deterring thieves. But yes, the drugs certainly do cause other sorts of problems. My father is a drug addict, and one of my oldest friends got hooked on meth and was recently stabbed to death. Scary times, indeed.
Love these 911 calls. I worked many many yrs ago as a dispatcher and it's a depressing stressful job. I think that job and when I work at a cancer center for 11 yrs. Keep the vids coming. New subscriber here.

I completely agree with you. though I wouldn't really call her dumb for it
Also, I can tell I had no idea what I was talking about saying that I didn't even say the reason that I had somehow got by doing research? So uh yeah, I'm completely sorry about that
I love these. I love the way you show how the call ends up... any others I've listened to always leave me hanging, but you have actually cleared some up for me! lol
Thank you for watching...a lot of work & research goes into production. Your thoughts mean a lot to me 🙂
Exactly. I watched one before this with literally no back story and no explanation just a choppy messy blend of 911 calls I wasn't even sure if they were real. Good work Gabbee
Nonesense Speaker thank you Debbie Downer for the PSA. Now, back to negative Nancy with the weather.
After the gunshot, I could swear that I heard gurgling... unless it was part of the video's sound effects. Whatever it was, it was incredibly disturbing.

Definitely the last breathes of someone
First the pained inhales, then the gurgling caused by blood flooding lungs/airway. Absolutely horrific to hear.
Was thinking the same! 😢 so disturbing and terribly sad
the second clip the girl being shot? i heard other terrible groaning sounds..like a child crying in the background gave me horrible chills
Hate your life? Take your life not others. Sorry
I hate my life... you suggesting smth or what? No matter how terrible someone feels, they shouldn't kill themselves, it's the most selfish thing anyone can ever do.
No matter how terrible someone feels they shouldn't kill themselves. I truly want to end my life but wouldn't do that to my family.
I would never
Talon-ted Owl Wait I am confused you want to end your life but you say people should kill themselves??? What? At least we can agree you shouldn't take your family's life.
I never said that anyone should kill themselves... ._.
The second operator was so rude. I can't believe the guy in the first call was treated much better and he had just killed his daughter and six grandchildren.
I heard the dispatcher in the first one say in a shaken af voice saying “I need help.”
My heart broke whenever I heard this. I can’t imagine being chosen to take such a call and remain robotic all the while being 100% human 😞
Big Bubba ok lmao
that 2nd call the operator was stupid...asking her 10 times what type of weapons he might have access to!! who gives a shit? he's trying to get in right now!! just get the police!
I had an operator tell me same thing during a frickin lock down. Operators are so useless not prepared for anything unexpected or anything.
He (Don Spirit) should have made a "spirit" of himself only and left his family out of his stupidiness....

Agreed!! I was wondering if I was the only one annoyed by their responses and attitudes. The 911 Operator training needs to be revamped if thats how they are training people..They are too worried about controlling the situation and not enough listening and compassion...It's INFURIATING..
I totally agree! I think she didn't thought it was serious!
Andrea Gaye Scott Westfall Agree. Her voice is motionless. No concerning or whatsoever.
@5:28 ... kind of stupid to just repeat "Hello" over and over, suppose someone said something during the crime, but, was unaudible because of the operator saying "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello" "Hello"
Spy Bug they have to keep contact until police arrive or until notified otherwise.
Idiot 911 Operators...Unreal
They have two recordings of 911 calls, one of which is just the sound coming from the callers side so nothing would be covered by her voice, as for the hello hello they have to stay on the line they’re not allowed to hang up & the only thing she can do is try to make co tact but it was a little overkill
Spy Bug And she never changed the tone in which she said it all that time. You'd think she would say it with more frequency and concern.
@@smalltowngirlbigcityheart3724 not really. I don't expect anything out of people. I can react however I want and you as you want. Besides, I'm sure that seasoned 911 operators are so used to such calls that after a while they become numb to extreme calls. Can't blame them

I stay with my mother and step dad and I kinda trust my mom but I can't trust Chris (step father) at all, I literally have nails shallowly stuck into my floor because I believe he is gonna try to murder me and my siblings. I love how the operator keeps going “HELLO.....HELLO” after she hears that the woman has just been shot
#2 story is one of hundreds of reasons to have a weapon to protect yourself. Cops didn't save her or her children. The dispatcher keeps talking while they're being murdered.
If she could have defended herself this ending would have been very different.

5:55 Why is she keep saying hello hello hello. So irritating.
Ridiculous.
Right?? Obviously she hears her screaming away from the phone
God bless them.
number two its terrifying
I would of thought the main question a dispatcher should ask someone that's killed people is why did they do it??
she was trying to keep him on the phone to make sure he wouldn't run away... why he did, well she could have asked but her priority was to keep him on the line, which didnt matter because he killed himself and was not taken to prison/
I love this dispatcher. She has a great disposition and she wasn’t too proud to ask for help.
Or grab a weapon and prepare to fuck shit up.
These are great, Gabbee. Keep doing them.
I love how you present them. Starting with the 911 call then the story. My most fav part of yours is that you go straight to the stories and do not do a mantra of yourself etc. These are the best so far!!! Tyvm
That second 9,11 operator needs to be fired!! Rude as hell then hears gunshots and just repeats a very annoying"Hello" hello hello hello
1:50 when I heard baby, my heart sunk
Never let your home be vulnerable to violence even if you are poor, a good used firearm won't cost you much but has the potential to stop an armed intruder from harming or killing you and your loved ones! Call 911 but realize that even the best response times leave minutes with you to fend for yourself and it only takes seconds for an intruder to do severe damage.
I bet those 911 dispatchers get really annoyed when the person calling dies and can't answer their questions.
I like that you added the news article's! Quite often with these types of videos you're left wondering! Good job thanks!
must be HORRIBLE for dispatcher and first responders...sheesh..was a bad day at work
Lorraine Laskosky a bad day at work is what keeps us employed unfortunately.
If the guy at the end was telling the truth about him not knowing anything, which it seems that he didn't, I feel sorry for him. But I do think putting him in prison would be the best place since he wasn't in his right mind. His poor grandparents though!

He was full of shit. Planting seeds for an insanity defense.
First guy, if I'd been the operator I would have had to ask him why.
YOU CAN GET OUT OF JAIL FOR ANYTHING WITH MONEY. THIS GUY PAID HIS WAY OUT OF MURDER WHERE I USED TO LIVE IT WAS LIKE EIGHT MILLION.
That's known as Bond, not everyone gets it, especially if they are repeat offenders, disrespectful to the judge, show no remorse for their victims or the victim's family, and if there are enough charges to out rule Bond

Six children dead. For what? God help us.

They dispatch as soon as they get the call. They are just trying to get info and keep them on the line!
Angela Marsh they ask those things so the police know what they’re going into, so it’s important that they ask.

Well, they're TRAINED to be calm. Guess your dad's friend forgot about that during the call.
Wow wiping out the whole family at once! 😱
Then if you don't answer their questions, they have an attitude !!!
they might fail to realize that some people are in extreme distress and freaking out. they probably can't think straight either
they send help every time someone calls. they ask questions to give the cops sent to the location information on the situation, and also, sometimes, to make sure they are still alive.
Yep true
The second dispatcher was so fucking rude to that poor lady. She should have been fired from her job.
I am in agreement with the comment just below...very thorough, well made, BUT extremely disturbing! I guess that it's why the stories in the video are so intriguing...
OMG Grandpa how could do do that ?
We just had a case about 2 months ago where a guy shot his wife, daughter, and his 4 grandkids, and then himself. This happened at Margaret River in Western Australia. So damn heart breaking.
Maria Skødt And so many Brits and Aussie want the US to ban guns. It's beyond terrible when things like that happen.
New subscriber here.
damn 911 dispatcher and a cancer ward, you should get more cheery jobs hahaha
@@boobalooqwe4687 No longer do that. LOL
I don't know if there is a hell, but if there is, I truly hope the first person is currently experiencing unimaginable pain and will continue to do so for the rest of eternity.
Amazing as always ..
