Not to mention how it was mentioned that there is nothing in the world of the skies or the astrals stronger than him at that point, bar the original intact god. On another note its very propable that Lucilius with Lucifers body was more or less as strong as the Speaker since he mentioned how Lucilius made Lucifer to cover something he lacked as a copy of the Speaker. But well if we do ever fight the Speaker, i demand a Lucio uncap.
