for 15:23 whenever I do it it brings me to agreeing with youtubes terms of service is there a reason for this? pressing ok will just bring me back to which service do u want to broadcast on and if I press go to youtube website then it does exactly that and I dont know how to start the stream

When I try to log in onto RUclips it says that this service is unavailable for your account. I think it has something to do with this family manager account they made me create when I first got my PS4, whenever I make purchases I have to go add funds through that account and I don’t know how to get rid of it.
