Juke cabin filter is on the passenger side of where you are looking at 12:20, like literally directly opposite end of the heater box. Havent had to do one for a little while but they're a massive pain
That's the trouble alot of mechanics and garages not all will pull a fast one on women and people who don't know alot about cars and rip you off but there is honest ones like you and word of mouth is everything that's how you get more customers and others use your services again im glad mine just goes in for mot and for tyres and i no someone for good price on them but i stick to old cheap cars less technical good one Kirby 👍

I had this in an a4. I lost a key, had it replaced with reprogramming. found the old key which still opened the door but was using the new key to start it. mechanic tried starting it with old key which messed things up completely. had to get new key reprogrammed again at considerable cost

I had the same the other day with my vw and I couldn't get my obd2 to work and it ended up being a fuse lol. Av never seen that and to see you having the same thing is mad
@@kerbsidemobilemechanic yeh but I’ve had many coroded fuse terminals. My nice wee diamond (points) cleaner/sander works great on them then some electronic contact cleaner works great
The Juke pollen filter is behind the glovebox and behind 2 aluminium pipes and what you do is scrumple the new pollen filter into a ball and shot it at the opening (only teasing) well you may as well do that because by the time you get it past the 2 pipes it looks like you scrumpled it into a ball, and when you do get the old one out you may as well fire the blower up because by the time you do extract the old filter all the debris has fell off into the HVAC box.
Lol no they are not made in the same factory, maybe I think Wix is made in same factory as Mann but I believe different quality material is used from what I understand

Nope, was a solid piece of plastic, had a shape like it but no hatch as such
@@kerbsidemobilemechanic ah that's weird, did it have air con?
Yeah mate, that’s why I was confused
One tip for the fiesta clutch pedal. I drill a hole in the rod in situ and put a washer and a spit pin through 👌

Where is the trainee ? Hopefully still working with you. Fantastic video again by the way.👍👍👍
His time with me is up, was only 5 Mondays as it’s just work experience rather than a trainee/apprentice
The audi starting and cutting straight out is the immobilizer kicking in
Yeah, but wouldn’t explain some of the other faults it was having
I had it with a mini with a very flat battery. Immobiliser kept cutting in because the 5v rail for the modules was too low..
Those kill the FRM when battery goes flat too causes all sorts of issues
Brilliant video as always mate!! Thank you very much 👌😊👍
Cheers Wayne 👍🏼

To be honest the scammers are few and far between, the good mechanics and garages outweigh the bad
If I remember rightly the cabin filter on the jukes are in the passenger footwell buried deep at the back
This would have to be BURIED!! I swear there wasn’t anywhere it could have been

With the audi take both battery terminals off put them together 30 seconds then put it back on hard reset
Lol yeah did that, bloody alarm was still going off 😂😂
Love the videos Kirby 👍🏻
Nice one mate
That Audi, did you test the load at the fuse or just voltage? Could be poor connection terminals at the fuse or poor earth connection.
Yeah I did think that but had replaced the fuse which I didn’t show in the edit
@@kerbsidemobilemechanic yeh but I’ve had many coroded fuse terminals. My nice wee diamond (points) cleaner/sander works great on them then some electronic contact cleaner works great

Do any cars still have HT leads to a distributor these days?
No, not for a long time now
What's common issue when ur cars making knocking nosie from suspension when going slow over bumps and rough roads
Check the bushes/ball joints on the lower arms mate, or possibly drop links, there’s not too much on most suspension set ups to check for play

That did make me laugh 😂😂
There could be a MOSFET failed in something never let the battery run dead on this car😂 When you back feed it you put it back in operation
Yeah this is what I think has happened, I went back the next day to replace the battery as well 👍🏼
What do you do with all the trash parts is there any money in scrap?
Not really no, you’d have to have a very big amount to make it worth while
Exellent😊
Thanks
