9:55 when i first listened to djo’s “on and on,” the musical interlude reminded me so much of the present lanayru mining facility. every time i listen to the song it’s what i think of
its definatly the more animated tracks of the zelda series. but so is the game, apart from windwaker, but still it sets it apart from games like twighlight princess and botw. although, i have not yet to 100% finish the game due to burnout and stuff like that, which is sad but slowly and surley im returning my passion for gaming. regardless, just wanted to say my favourite track here is........... AH I CAN'T CHOOSE!
I don;t know what happened but the music on skyward sword, particularly the dungeon music is a step down from the previous games. The dungeon music was amazing in twilight princess, very atmospheric and calming. But this just sounds generic. The only track i like is skyview temple.
it’s a subjective thing to call it worse, but this is one of the first games where the dungeon themes are really orchestrated, so it can feel generic to some… i find the older themes often had an interesting industrial/ambient feeling which this game’s don’t have
@@ikedaren_29336 Its about the composers more than it is the style or limitations of the medium. Koji kondo did basically all of the music of OOT and MM and those are the best zelda sountracks easily imo. the next 2 games still managed decent soundtracks, skyward sword is just a dip in quality. I'd say the same for the switch zeldas too but its going for a different more minimalist style so thats something more you could chalk up to subjectivity.
My first Zelda right here, changed my life back in 2011, the Sky Keep felt like the ultimate culmination of everything you'd faced.
Mining Facility (Past) is really great, probably my favorite. Sandship is also really good, and even the other songs
I absolutely HATE the Mining Facility song, not because it sounds bad, because it's so hard to do in game 😭
Lol
don't worry dude, you just have to train yourself :)
Fire Sanctuary is my absolute favorite dungeon in the game. It's one of my fav dungeons in the franchise as well.
Ancient Cistern🤩
that dungeon is so cool
My favorite Dungeons in Skyward Sword
1 Fire Sanctuary
2 Ancient Cistern
3 Earth temple
4 Skyview temple
Ss ost really does make it feel mysterious
