Suicide is personal choice. If you can't Handle the pressure then you should not do it. There is always a choice life but suicide is not an option. No authority can stop anyone from suicide. So don't blem the authority for this.
Because LS Speaker Om Birla itself is from Kota which is the coaching hub. Moreover, RS Chairman Dhankar too is from Rajasthan so both the Chairmans won't take any step which reduces the revenue and earnings of Rajasthan state.

Basement is only for parking vehicles and should be given permission by the Municipal Corporation only after the appropriate security measures have been checked by the construction planning & approval committee. but here how did they have been approved for coaching centre's library in the basement!?
