Does anyone know how he makes it so when the boss stomps it doesn’t hurt him? Like at 24:07 he’s right next to the boss while he’s repeatedly stomping and he’s not getting hurt, how?

@@dalegarza4198 they are gonna patch it soon, but say you open that door to that room, there is one on the left usually on the floor or wall or box, then next is usually on desk or bed, then the third would be by the TV or on the couch, the fourth one is always stamin up so you don't need the fourth.
I discovered today that the sword gets more powerful as the levels go up. I tried the boss at 16 with the sword, did maybe 3000 crit damage. Try it at level 30, you do 17000 a swing on crit. 3 shrouds, use temporal once, use a powder keg to really push that 2nd phase and voila. dead boss. Finally got him. I also used the Save and quit option to spend a bunch of time learning the bosses mechanics.
The second he destroys my blue buff, the 3 second heal and 2 sec lethal damage shield, i hit mutant injection, then i can save and quit easily... redo..

He only needed to look at the first two because the trap in front of staminup is always the fourth one so you can determine the third symbol without looking at it
It's also because the third symbol is the only other symbol available so you don't even need to know what it is - the other 2 traps on the map that aren't 1,2,3,4 are just red glowing, they don't have a symbol, so you know those ones can't be the 3rd trap (and you know what 1st and 2nd trap are...)
I had 15 tries of that bossfight and i can't destroy him he instantly knocking me up when I want to hit him close as you did I had at best 50% hp on him ...
Thinking about it would there be any way to abuse the extra movement speed with the fire sword step? Like you keep the speed boost to run around and do other things faster while maintaining your life by sliding into a zombie every so often? High risk high reward? Or is there nothing realistically to be done around that time of the step?
@ scrappys most recent run has him using spare salvage to buy/use an injection for the raven upgrade…allowing him to progress the round while tanking all the damage while completing the step
Is it faster for you to use the incantation over the mustang and sally for the fire orb step? Your mustang and sally has napalm burst on it so the kills would count as progress.

Just try to avoid the stomp, if you follow the boss left leg (right leg from yours perpective if you are facing the boss) and go back a lil bit you take very little or almost no damage
I heard you could get randomly one shot by the stomp but it hasn't happened to me. If you're plated with jug it'll do that much damage. Not plated without jug you get one shot. Check your jug augments, use max health and health mitigation for least amount of health dmg (And of course he is exploiting a spot where the stomp doesn't hit the player and does 0 dmg, but I assume you're talking about when he does get hit)
@ yeah when he gets hit he doesn’t take much damage at all but I do get one shot every single time I get stopped with or without jug. I don’t have all augments unlocked but I didn’t think I was missing any important jug augments.
How is he avoiding damage from the boss stomping throughout? Whenever the boss stomps I take a lot of damage, just wondering what he does to avoid it. Is it the way he moves slightly to the right each time?
The operators should each have small “buffs/nerfs” so the warden would be slower but have strong melee, others have buffed accuracy, others faster etc… it should be more then just cosmetic

Yeah, it's just a spot where the hitboxes don't collide. You can do it too if you are in the same spot while he stomps
i think its the difference between the layers on the ground. if he stomps on a lower level then he is on he don't get hit. i dno tbh.

Yes, if you open that door and read the pages from left to right of the room you can figure out which three are first and last is always at Stamin up.
