Dan how fortunate bass players are to receive your great lessons, I wish they were available to me when I really needed them.
It's so generous of you to pack so much knowledge into each video without all the fluff that most RUclipsrs give in their videos.I hope you have great success in your endeavors, if anyone deserves it, you definitely do.

A lot to take in as a beginner, I must have watched (jammed along) to each of your recent vids 100 times each, great format as a RUclipsr for gaining views I say! and a great format for me learning bass. Thanks Dan. I’m a year or so in since I first picked up the bass, and recent discovery of your channel and lessons is indeed making things easier, or at least helping me join some dots. I still owe years and years of practice though. Thanks.

Strangely, this is what causes me so many problems. I start off playing one bassline then my fingers slip into another one!

Dan, I love this video! Please do more videos like this, it’s so very cool how you take the G scale and come up with songs on the fly. You’re an amazing musician and instructor. I’m humbled by your passion, skills, and love for playing bass. You are an incredible individual and I’m quite certain you’re a wonderful person. Thanks for being you and as always for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.

Thanks Dan. I like your stuff at the back, old school, looks like you have a tube amp. Some youtube channels has fireworks but yours is simple but the contents are gold.

Thanks very much. Yes, I’m a fan of those old amps. 70s Fender Bassman and 60s B15 to my left.
