Because without additional context then this can easily be interpreted as either se is saying he is her favorite relationship she has ever been in or this is her favorite out of all current relationships. It isn't clear. I've been cheated on before and those were the comments I would hear. The way he says "uhm... ok...thats....alright well.... interesting makes me think it is more leaning toward this option lots of people also cope by laughing/smiling. So it is very easy to misunderstand this especially if people have had past trauma. But in the end, i haven't seen their videos much so i am just going off of what I have seen and the things I have learned from my psychology classes. He also does seem hurt when he brings up maybe being a dad and she basically just laughs it off and says that you are just my boyfriend (which is where you can tell he is frustrated or has mixed emotions about because that is where the "flustered" reaction starts, he turns away, the ok, and he responds by questioning if they are exclusive). So it is very easy to misinterpret this as a pretty unhealthy interaction for their relationship. To me it doesn't seem like they are having good communication and seems like they are more likely having a small arguement/difference in oppinion. But then again I am just a psychology major and I don't have all the context I need to make an accurate analysis.
