Why you have both the soft and the aluminum cases? I might also end up with both because they are quite inexpensive if you can land a deal

The SH36 panniers are pretty sweet with the 3P mount bars. The mount system is not sticking out like a sore thumb when the panniers are removed. Resist the temptation to slap the handles shut. Use the lock/ release buttons. They will last longer. Good product. Good video.

I have the CF Moto cases and the one on the exhaust side is terribly small. Hope the Shad cases treat you well. Thanks for posting as I have been looking for alternatives.
