      Aww thanks! I will try at some point to also make one for that top. ❤
      But essentially it's my "sunflower granny squares" in different colors attached together + straps :)

      yay! 🎉
      Sure! I will try to prepare it some time soon in the future, once I get time 🤗 I'm actually using my sunflower granny square pattern for it, but in different colours. Then you just have to make a bunch of square, connect them and add straps and extra rounds for borders - super rough guide, but hopefully helps a bit! 😅

    This is my favorite crochet design! Love it. I am having difficulty with doing the last row… how to do the half double crochet to end like the beginning.

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  3 месяца назад

      Thank you! 🥰
      You just have to do one HDC on top of every stitch or exact same amount of HDC stitches in the gaps as many chains there are - total amount has to be the same as the first row.

    Both of these lace tops are so beautiful! I'd love to try making them both 🥰
    Which one do you think it's the easiest to start with? Which one is quicker? 😅

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  11 месяцев назад

      Thank you! 🥰
      I think this one is quicker since it's lacier, but I believe the other one is easier as first top to learn basics around the flower lace, so it's up to you! 😅

      @barbboran4567 11 месяцев назад +1

      FYI the hardest part for me is when to start the repeat for each flower even tho I know each flower is 25 stitches so I’m thinking if I can figure that out this one would probably be easier.

    love design! I've been working on the body top these days and struggling with the amount of chains for the base. How many chains you got for your base top? :)

    This is so pretty and I just ordered some brown yarn to make this ! Is there a way I can make this into an open cardigan instead ? I just worry about the neckline because yours is high up and I wonder how it would be with a cardigan . Thank you so much!

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  Месяц назад

      Yes, of course - you basically would have to split the front panel in half and then add some straps or buttons ☺️

    Q: Should we add half double crochet at the last row as the first row?

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  11 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you! 🥰
      Yes, at the end add another row of just HDC, so it is easier to connect panels and looks smoother :)

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  24 дня назад

      hey! Thanks! What do you mean by "decrease with this stitch"? 🤔

    • @faith7518
      @faith7518 24 дня назад

      @@KristinesDay what i meant to say with decrease was, if theres a way to like curve for the neckline with this flower "stitch"
      I am sorry I don't know how to explain it properly 😭😭

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  24 дня назад

      @@faith7518 ahh got it! It you want to decrease the length of specific parts such as neck line, instead of doing intended stitches you can do slip stitches or SC during that part or finish the row earlier where you would like the neck line to be, the continue the row further down by attaching yarn again.

    I've done my sleeves 2 flowers wide, 52 stitches but they're not comfy at the top, but wider would be massive at the cuffs. Any suggestions how to resolve?

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  2 месяца назад

      It's not that massive at the cuffs, but that's the look for this top basically. Otherwise you can try to decrease on one side while doing stitches on the other side :)
