    Also sir, when GYM is not ventilated properly due to AC (which are only for show and not running) amount of oxygen per unit volume decreases also the temperature increases. This Exact practical question has been asked in GATE exam (one of the toughest exam in India). The Answer we got was that there will be increase in heat in the room equivalent the the heat required the increase the heat of same room from 20 deg to 32 deg.

      The temprature increase would be especially dangerous because of the high humidity of a room full of sweaty people

      This is a major problem in some gyms. Ac is faulty or not turned on in winters or mornings. And windows are also not present.

    There were few guys in my gym who had this sweat=workout mentatlity. I told them straight on face that if thats the case then go and stand in sun for two hours, why spend money in gym.

      i can assure you can never lift more than them, it's about sacrifice and aggression during workout, martial artists follow such mentality too, im sure you go to gym wearing wrist wrap, gloves, perhaps lipstick as well

      -- mostly plants protein ( raw protein) ke taste badiya nhi hote
      -- whey protein gas ki problem karta hai , kuch youtubers kahte h ki aate ke sath milakar bhi kha sakte h ,,, agar kha sakte h to kitna ( quantity me) ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
      ( currently using mypro plants🌱 protein 10gm with water 💧, it's taste is really good 👍)
      ( only doing cardio exercise, running and yoga 🧘‍♀️ , not interested in body building) ,,,

    On this I had a long argument with one of a gym owner 2-3 years back ... He used to switched off all the fans in gym and says it's good for fat loss. I asked him could you please let me know what science works behind it? He told maximum the sweat maximum the fat burning you ll get. I laughed and replied do u know why body sweat? What is thermogenesis? He replied pls. Don't argue if you don't like you may join some other gym. And I left the gym same day.

      maano na maano par 1 fayda to hai. aise training karne se aapki tolerance aur mental strength to zarur badthi hai so no loss actually. Ghar jaake to AC me bhaithna hi hai so 1 ghanta agar aise me workout krna seekh lia to faayde hi faayde. ofcourse medical conditions na ho kisi ko bas yeh khud dhyan rakhe vo aadmi

    Hmare gym ke 10th pass trainer jinko fitness ka f ni pta yeh pehle gym mein jhadu lgate thy fir trainer bn gye .... aise log bolte hain ki "fan bnd kr ke exercise kro kya hai ki loha jab grm hota hai tab akaar leta hai" maine reason pucha toh bole tum log aaj ke aye huye ho humko boht time ho gya hai... 👍🏻

    Reasons
    1 low budget for students who studying outside of home.
    2 not time management proper.
    3 gym have very high prizes permonth like 800 rs are base and above following
    Sir proper Lowbugeget supplies and cultural food btaye, vo cycle kito vegan vo sb psnd nhi hai aur na hi culture me fit baithte hai

    हा सर अखाड़े मे चारो तरफ हवा आती है और अखाड़े की मिट्टी में सूर्यास्त होने के ढेर सारा पानी डाला जाता है ताकि सूबह मिट्टी एकदम ठंडी रहे और वर्कआउट करते समय जब जादा गर्मी लगती है तब मिट्ठी लगा लेते हैं और बाडी को आराम मिलता है फिर वर्कआउट शुरू कर देते हैं हम भी 8 साल पहलवानी किए है

    I am also facing same issue.
    Some powerlifters switch off fan during workout without asking anyone and say" body thandi ho jayegi , Garam honi chaiye". Such bullshit.

    I live in New Zealand but i was in India for one year. Some guys used to do same in gym even in summers, it was annoying, it felt so annoying and ghabrahat see hoti thi, even sometimes i had to get out of the gym between some sets to get fresha air and will get sweat and tired very fast which will eventually decrease my performance.. but vhau when i am in New Zealand.. gyms gave automatic air conditioning system. Arey bhai it felt so better. Pasina aur thkaan itni jaldi nahi hoti and i can do more sets. Only reason i went to that gym in India as it was close to my home and was only for a short time but yes people sometimes turning fan off wasnt a good experience.. i have worked in aircon environment and without fan aswell.. too much difference bettter the air quality better my performance was.. agar 5 min set lgaake he itni pasina aa jaaye or ghabraat ho jaaye.. for me it decreses my performances

    1) sir क्या 🌱raw plants🌱 protein को ( wheat, millet) आटे के साथ मिला कर खा सकते है क्या???? Because
    -- सभी raw plants protein का सवाद घटिया होता है
    ( currently using mypro plants🌱 protein 10gm with water 💧, it's taste is really good 👍 but isme coca powder hai jiske कारण आटे मे मिलाने पर रोटी बहुत मीठी हो जाती है, जिससे taste kharab हो जाता है)

    In extreme cold environments, it is advised not to train too hard so that you don't sweat, else that sweat will freeze one your skin and you may have complications due to that.

    #sweatingproblem mujhe bhi bahut paseena aata hai..... Toh mai thode der ke liye fan ke neeche ya fir ek bade blade waala stand fan ke saamne khade ho jaata hoon. Aur thoda sa thanda paaninpee leta hoon.. Isse performance aur boost ho jaata hai mera.
    Sleep quality bhi improve hui hai.

    I tried to explain this 1 yr ago .If you dehydrate too fast you won't be able to complete your workout. But In India everyone knows everything.. so I stopped .. I saw my trainer fainted after deadlift .

    I think it is not related to getting benefit out of sweating. It is advised because being constantly under fan with profuse sweating may catch cold and in worse case congestion in the lungs. That's why it is always advised to come under the fan after wiping the sweat off adequately. AC Gym is different. Within AC, chance of sweating becomes very less.

    The Issue Should not be of AC or fans the issue should be how to provide fresh air , AC or Fans off or on come with their own set of problems. The use of both are totally dependent on Environment outside and inside the gym ,the weather etc ,Does the gym have Sauna etc which also causes heating and Humidity.
    Acs continuously on without proper regulation lead to longer times to warm up, heat and cold effect on the body happens as you exercise ,warm and cool down ,sweating is the body's reaction to control rise in body temperature.Cool gyms are not natural for the body to perform to its optimum as the body keeps on cycling between hot and cold.. It is a rather technical issue which is not taken seriously enough. The idea should be to circulate fresh air not really to do anything with maintaining cool gyms which come with their set of problems.Have you noticed how the stink of fart keeps circling in an Ac gym ,Anyway that was in lighter vein.

    But kai Greene had already been mentioned in an interview that sweating is directly linked with workout and that's why he wear hoodies of thick fabric during workout so that he can sweat more

      Sweat has no link with muscle gain or fat loss. Intense sweating is sometimes used by bodybuilders or other sportspersons to lose some water weight quickly. If Kai Greene has claimed that sweating more has any real benefit for muscle gain or fat loss, then that is wrong. He should provide some logical reason for this which can be tested scientifically, or he should provide some good evidence for it.

      Bodyfat ko healthy range mein rakhein (25% se kam, for men), cigarette aur sharaab ka adhik sevan na karein. Regular exercise karein.

Liver function tests aur doctor consultation se aap apne liver health ko check up kar sakte hain. Agar phir bhi liver problem hai toh iska matlab hai ki uss aadmi ko koi bimari hai, jaise hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, liver cancer ya aur koi liver ki bimari.
