Shawn just a suggestion after you do everything paint the sides letter it and new tarp I would look at a way of mounting a Amber flashing light on the back so that people would see you as the days get shorter and also hook up some kind of a LED light to shine down on you all if working at night just a couple of safety features for you, hope you all have a wonderful weekend
Can't say i blame you guys with the heat. We got it bad up here in Upstate Ny especially with being a pool installer. We sweat alot putting them up. Love your guys channel! Keep up the awesome work and content.
Awesome video. Yes it has been extremely hot and humid here in south central Pennsylvania. I was able to mow about 1.5 hours today. Me garden tractor mower crapped out on me. Smelled the belt burning. More then likely either polly locked up or spindle. Will know later when I fix it. Hope weather gets better there. Always be safe. Later.
Hi I'm Clayton I own a small lawn care business. I am only thirteen so I still have to have someone drive me. I love your videos and find your tips and tricks very helpful. Thank you.
Way to get moving on that now! I scheduled an appointment to get a new leaf tarp put on my new Isuzu npr with 12’ aluminum dump. Picked up a new fradan tlv31d last year, hoping for a great fall. Its been a hot week here in NJ too. Hopefully the last one of the summer. Have a great weekend! Biscuits and gravy time!!
For the tarp and mesh set up for the trailer I’d recommend going solid tarp towards the front, meshing in the middle and then back to the solid tarp in the back. It will maximize air flow throughout the whole trailer and make it so you and the truck stays clean from leaf dust
for the signage i would get some tarps made up with you logo and all the details printed on it. then clip them onto the panels you have. make sure you put a fire extinguisher somewhere handy at the back. you nearly set fir to it last year you should get some led lights mounted all around to light up the working area and show off the new signage.
Good day Sean to your question on the tand on the tarp I would hard tarp the back and the front and in the middle do the net this way your truck stays clean and the workers stay clean everything can vent through the sun or like a sun roof
Don’t know if you have one but to help you guys out with pressure washing they sell a Pivot nozzle and it helps with getting under the deck! Back saver!! Have a couple for our decks
Just wrap the trailer. Easy maintenance and will great. On the tarp solid on the front if not it will clogg up with leaf debris. You only need a couple of feet of the net for air flow.
Great video Shawn, TQ and Tyler, 26k yep that is the dealership ripping you off because they know that they can flip it for 2x the amount they sold it to you for! I would keep it aluminum color it is going to save you a lot of money in the long run, as well as solid tarp back to are going to thank me later and you can always wash the leaf dust off the truck, rather than inhaling in all the dust that is not good for you!
You might think about having Anodised panels done which would attach on the outside of the trailer which would avoid having paint flake. Can be done in assorts of differing colours and would be long lasting. If you had the mesh the front then when the front is full you loose the air floe you are looking for. Adding a mesh all the way round on top of the walls sounds like a good idea.
I would leave the aluminum and use black lettering on the sides and I recommend solid tarps in the front and back and mesh in the middle to reduce dust on you and the truck keep going guys love the videos and I'm learning a lot from you Sean , Savanah and Tyler
Spence I would solid/net/solid tarp it. So basically the middle of the trailer is where it breaths, that way it saves from coming out the front and covering the truck and whatever's in the bed and the rear to keep y'all from getting dusty. Just my thoughts on it
I think you’d need the breathable tarp towards where you work. As it fills up the air won’t be able to escape if you have the breathable tarp at the other end because it’ll be filling up towards you so that’s where the air needs to escape
Instead of painting you could opt for powder coating the aluminum, that won't flake like paint would. It is more expensive, yes, but if it will last longer the cost might be less in the long run. Another idea is those thick plastic with fabric things, printed with whatever you want on it. They are really thick heavy duty stuff with metal rings in them to run rope through. Now what are those called in English, anyway, those things, to attach to the sides. Easily interchanged if you decide you want to have a different text on the trailer, no need to get stuff painted, easy to clean. edit: BANNER. That is the word that just evaporated from my brain ;)
Your new leaf box is going to rock it's going to be the bomb there's only one person who's got something that might compete with yours unless the Juggernaut Lawn Care but I like yours better
If you paint it, powder coat it. More durable and less likely to chip or flake easily. But if you don’t want to worry about any of that, then leave it aluminum. You may want to powder coat it in green to stand out wherever you go with black lettering 👍
You guys go above and beyond with your work keep up the great work guys!

ive been watching for a couple years and I can say I'm excited to see Tyler apart of it
Sweet video I am starting lead cleanups soon and just watching the leaf cleanup videos over and over
Can't say i blame you guys with the heat. We got it bad up here in Upstate Ny especially with being a pool installer. We sweat alot putting them up. Love your guys channel! Keep up the awesome work and content.
OG's of lawn care!!!!!
You guys have really got a great leaf set up
My idea for the covering of the trailer. Solid in front and back but mesh in the middle! Best of both worlds! Boom! Cheers!
That awesome..twigs n leafs n leaves u gathered can be a biogas..just put in a large container n got it..keep safe n nature friendly

I saw you guys use one of these for leaf clean ups and they work great! It should be a great new edition!!
Hi you guys have a successful lawn care company and RUclips channel
Here from West Virginia. Love watching you all.
Hi I'm Clayton I own a small lawn care business. I am only thirteen so I still have to have someone drive me. I love your videos and find your tips and tricks very helpful. Thank you.
Like the leaf trailer. Can't wait to see what the new and improved looks like.
I can already tell this trailers gonna look sick!
I love last fall how you packed the leafes in to the box. Those leaves was a tight cube coming out of the trailer
Very cool video Keep the great work up have a great weekend
I got to say. I'm really digging the aluminum sides!
Make it green ( your green! ). Black and green looks awesome.

Love you leaf set up! One day I’ll have a set up like yours enjoy your weekend Spencer family.

Agreed!
Agree
Great setup , good luck rest of the season👍👊🏻
Great video that’s one cool leaf box setup
You need Ballards Super Jack to lift them mowers to power wash. Great video as always
Love you vids hope you have a blessed day 💙💙💙
solid front and back with mesh in the middle...

Awesome guys! Can't wait to see the final lettered up setup!
The aluminum would look great painted black
But even cooler with an advertising wrap or graphic
Leave the back a solid tarp and put net/mesh at the front make it as comfortable for you when working as possible
Hi I woch your videos everyday tell the team I said hi and I woch thor videos everyday I love you guys I love the video

Lettering on the trailer is a good idea.

Best videos in the world
Front and back solid, middle open.
Have it sprayed with the LinX bed liner on the outside. Then have the services in the same color green as the truck.
Way Overkill
Your new leaf box is going to rock it's going to be the bomb there's only one person who's got something that might compete with yours unless the Juggernaut Lawn Care but I like yours better
Yeah that's true.
Great video spencer lawn care
use brass bushings on your tail gate . it will work the best .
If you guys put a angled tip to the power washer then add the green tip it might make things easier when power washing under the decks.
Go solid alu on the very back in the shape of the hoops make it removable
How thick of aluminum did you use and how do you like it?
Enjoy the weekend
Take a look at dump trailer with roll tarps . If you paint the sides to match the trailer then green and pink lettering would match the truck.
You think you can do the netting material in the middle and do it solid on back toward the work area and solid toward the truck
I make woodchips, full tree chipper in a truck, they make a mesh tarp that would work good for your situation
Great video and enjoyed it
Keep these videos coming
Love the content every single day.👍
Needs more paneling on the outside so you have a nice flat surface then you can wrap each section the same as the truck
Great video
Id go solid tarp most of the way and mesh in the back
Just a thought. Top 6" of the walls need be metal mesh. Then the full roof solid canvas or tarp, no mesh.
What type of power tools do you guys use? Great video👍🏻
Was thinking matching your truck. White and green. Black writing. But you're right maintenance. And Commercail? Lol
You should look into a custom made Sherlock tarp. Find a dealer near you. They make great tarps and you can roll it to the side if need be.
For the trailer I would go solid front and back and mesh in the middle.
Do the letters in green and pink.
Extreme leaf box
That’s a cool lawn mower dealership
Love the vids
Ah yes another amazing vid
Good video!
Shawn how about solid tarp on front of trailer mesh in the middle and solid on the rear of the trailer
Great video do you think if you get a 2 truck it would just be for leaf clean up and spring clean up
Put the open holes net in the middle of the trailer it will let it vent better
Team Spencer!!!!!💯💯💯💯
Love the videos man keep it up!
I thought that critter going after Tyler was a fly in front of my TV and almost went after it🤣
What model is that Stihl power washer and how do you like it?
Use a material that they use to make lawn mower bags out of on the entire cover. That way it'll breath while keeping dust to a minimum.👍
Things pretty tall. I wouldn't take it under the Harrison St Bridge 😉. Since the air is blowing forward I would put the mesh up front
Paint it black and I would do the vent in the middle and have solid tarp in the front and back
Got love doing maintenance..I'm about to get with it myself..Ivys Yard Service
,use the net in the center that way the front is closed from dust and the back also
I am excited for you all !
did you ever get the leaf plow for the front of the mower.
I almost said welcome to FLORIDA. Walking out to the Jeep at 5:30 am and break out in a sweat.
Can I suggest you use printed flex panels on the aluminium
Stay with the Aluminum👊🏼🧔🇺🇸
If you paint it, powder coat it. More durable and less likely to chip or flake easily. But if you don’t want to worry about any of that, then leave it aluminum. You may want to powder coat it in green to stand out wherever you go with black lettering 👍
I love Toro Mowers
Go solid all the way with smaller breather vents out top or to driver side
How tall is the trailer? How do avoid bridges on your route?
