    “Give me all the oils and all the butters”…me too Sis!! I love it! I actually had to pipe down from being an oil and butter product junky. 😅 I’m enjoying watching you experiment with herbs. Henna is my staple and I drink fenugreek water daily. I haven’t really tried other herbs just cause I would have to try them one at a time to ensure I don’t have a negative reaction. But anyway, I’m looking forward to all your upcoming videos! 🌸💕

      Haha mine has definitely gotten out of hands at this point 🤣. I used to drink fenugreek tea everyday when I was breastfeeding my first and was struggling with supply and it helped a lot but I stopped once I weaned him and with the second I had enough supply so didn’t need it. I also drink Amla sometimes and it’s so sour or shall I say citrusy so I struggle with it 😅
      I definitely get what you mean with the herbs. The only one I’ve reacted to is aloe Vera powder. Makes my scalp itchy. But I’m just trying to get through what I have lol I know very silly but just can’t bring myself to waste it
      I’ve also started using henna and I love it. Mixed 70% henna, 20% indigo, Catachu 7% , Amla 3% and water with ACV. Didn’t like it so next time I will use henna with the rest of the herbs without indigo but add slippery elm. Really looking forward to it and sharing the journey. Thank you for watching and sharing 💕

      Adding Slippery Elm should work quite nice. ☺️ I can’t wait to do my next mask! I usually use henna, coconut milk, coffee and ACV. I put it in a cast iron and let it sit overnight, covered in the oven with the oven light on.

      Oh nice, do you find that you get a good colour payoff with this method or you don’t necessarily do it for the colour?

    • @A_Wilson
      @A_Wilson 5 месяцев назад

      I don’t use it for the color really, more just for its strengthening properties. But since I have a few grays trying to make their appearance known, this method gives them a dark brown color instead of a reddish one. I saw a woman from India prepare her henna mask this way, so I gave it a try and I’ve been doing it this way since. 😊🌺

    I think you should use your herbal gloss on days you don't do your protein treatment. I think it's better to use it with a deep conditioner rather since the herbs are already quite strengthening.

    Definitely sounds like protein overload coz the gloss had fenugreek and henna,then you went ahead and did a protein treatment..guess u over did everything 🤔🤔

    • @LimitlessBloom
      @LimitlessBloom  5 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah that could have been it. I’m also thinking cos I left it in for 7 hours unintentionally could have been an overkill too. I’ve trimmed off all the damaged hair now and will try the same routine just to see if that’s the case then will change it up. Will leave the mask on for 45mins to 1 hr max this time around and keep you guys updated. Thanks for watching :)

    You added to much msm
    Aloe Vera has 20 amino acids so it no need to add a protein treatment to your hair. Fenugreek seeds/powder has a good amount of protein

      @@LimitlessBloom I recommend you to gain knowledge on the science of hair. It is important to know the make up of and structure of the hair and scalp in order too be successful at your experiments. Example to make a cake one must know all the particulars of making a moisture balance delicious cake. I started my natural hair salon over 20 years ago. So pH balance is number1 on the scale amongst other particulars. Measurements Scale are keys 🔑. Taking time to learn about each flower herbs resins and their purposes. Will save one from broken thinning hair or even hair lose. Botany is another study/Science that will help in learning about different plant forms. I have watched you for a few years. What ever your hair is missing replenish the ingredients.
      Our hair may only need 5/6 ingredients to make a excellent prepoo of deep conditioner. I share my knowledge just to guide interested people in Ayurveda.
      Beside me having a cosmetology degree amongst other degrees in science.
      I like your platform. I am a observer. Have a wonderful prosperous day
