This is a perfect example of oppression , Monique was legit in her requests that she wanted fair pay for additional promotional work and she should not be treated this way. Also Shannon sharp just provides a medium for people to speak and yes people being shady will be mad and want to silence that so we should appreciate someone who gives a voice to those who are oppressed not shun him. People need to take a step back and not look at race only for power , it’s all about money , any country and race will play each other for money if your a corrupt person. We need to examine that together as a culture and call out anyone who is oppressing for their gain no matter what color or creed they are, this happens all over the world and it’s wrong. Also people will smooth over flaws when someone “gives back” to a community but that doesn’t mean they don’t do shady stuff on the low. Many people do nice stuff publicly in order to be shady behind closed doors.
