The rain season should be an opportunity to collect water by a cistern or some type of large container add a pump and hose a filter system and should get have your water for your trees.

Wonderful, I'm driving there from the mountains...I'll bring a couple of gallons of water and I have heard for some time about this problem. This country will need to slam on the brakes! I know lots about wells...bummer! I have known about this for a long time...We will jave problems planet wide and have seen this coming for 40 years. Bad, when large pipes from the mountains are needed to transport water over to lower elevations just to fill the swimming pools of folks...water is the most precious resource on our planet!

You can created a big enough natural filtered pond and fill it when there is an abundance of water. You only need to pump it around for the natural filtering. You can even add an irrigation system for your veggies and fruit and let your food do the filtering partially. Just something to think about.

wow, good subject...perhaps along with those new houses they tapped new wells and it is drawing from the aquafer that feeds your well water...do you know how deep your well is..sometimes you need to dig another 50-60 feet down..some wells go 300ft...and the municipality only cares about the monies and fees for the government pockets.the c.r. govt. is pretty inept at just about everything it does for its citizens..

I watch all of your postings and I give you a thumbs up, but it appears that the majority of your posts are negative about living in Costa Rica. So I must ask, why are you still living there? We own property in CR and love the place, we visit 4 to 5 times per year, we are planning on moving there full time the first of next year and we have learned the positives and negatives of moving to and living in CR especially coming from the US. Your content is great, so keep up the great posts, but keep in mind that there are negatives everywhere that you live or want to move to.

I love love love living in Costa Rica, and am a realist. Lot's of people have unreal expectations about CR. Thats where I step in with some videos.
If you listen to all I share on my channel, you will hear me speak more positive that you say I do.

I serve people with questions and want to help prevent wrong expectations. And negative things are highly searched for as well, so i create my titles on that as well for that reason.
