Rapper Meek Mill speaks in support of Gov. Pritzker’s supervised release reform bill

Governor Pritzker received support from a rapper and activist while signing a criminal justice reform bill. That new law changes Illinois' supervised release system, giving former inmates a better chance to succeed outside of prison and reduce the likelihood they'll be sent back.
